Sharing Multiple Contacts in ZOHO Mail
I (super admin) have 100+ contacts I want to share with my organization. Other than typing one email address at a time into the shared group, what is a way to share them all at once?
Unable to receive mails in thunderbird
Yesterday this worked fine, but today for some reason none of the mails end up in my thunderbird - When I login into zohomail I can see them. Not sure what to do about this.
How to received our email faster ?
Hi, We are using Zoho mail through our CRM. And we notice that we are receiving our emails about 10 minutes after it has been sent. We already choose the option to "check for new messages every 3 min" but that's not enough apparently. Our email host is exchange. How can we receive our emails faster ? I am providing email hosting solutions for my clients and I was wondering if it is a good idea to have one account with all my clients email addresses or have separate accounts for each client and their email addresses? Thoughts?
Mail forwarding 'Not Confirmed'
Hi there, I have 4 users set up on my account and I have mail forwarding to another email address for all of the 4 email addresses. But each of them states 'Not Confirmed' beside them. I sent through some test emails and the emails are not being forwarded onto the designated account. Can you please look at this? Thank you, Evelyn
Admin email address showing my name instead of user name
Hi guys, I set up the account originally using my own email address evelyn.matthews@fitzgerald-fii.com and have since added 4 users which are all general usernames. I do not want my own name associated with any of the accounts. The admin user is the email address antibodies@fitzgerald-fii.co.uk and this has been given the 'name' under the User Details Section as Antibodies - Fitzgerald-FII UK but when I send an email it ends up coming from evelyn.matthews instead even though I have not selected

Mobile sync message size limit
Hi, I regularly receive messages with inline images, and I've noticed with all of my devices (WP8, iPad) that it seems that sync limits the size of messages it will deliver to mobile devices. What is the size limit, and is it configurable? It's frustrating to not be able to view a full message because the Sync service won't deliver the whole thing to the device I'm using. Thanks!
Mail won't forward...
With the Settings link on the Mail page I set my zoho account to forward to my gmail account. I'm getting mail at zoho but it is not forwarding to gmail. Any thoughts? Did I miss something on the E-mail Forwarding page? Thanks, Marty
Issues with Zoho Mail Hosting
Hello, I recently changed my Mx records and everything. I also verified my domain, www.realeyesdisplays.com. Two issues I'm having: 1: I cannot receive emails 2: Emails that I send, are labeled "On Behalf Of realeyesdisplays@zoho.com". I do not want this message on all my emails, I'd like them to be directly from name@realeyesdisplays.com Can someone double check our account info and let me know if we missed something? Thank you! Referred Sign Up Problem
Hi Support, I referred my in-laws to sign up their business for Zoho mail. They have their own Domain which is a ".com.ph" However when they tried to sign up there's an error prompting that: We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com Would you able to provide information why there's an error prompt?
What Happened to my E-mail account?
I spend lots of time 2 days ago, setting up my e-mail account. Yesterday, I couldn't log into Zoho...I had to reset my password. And once I logged in there was no sign of an e-mail account, in my control panel, but it was there 2 days ago. It is as if I've just signed up. Yet, when I go to Godaddy, my info is still set up there with my domain. What happened to my e-mail account?
Empty mail and broken buttons
For past couple of days I cannot access my Zoho Mail through a desktop. Forwarding to my phone works fine, but on the website when I login everything is empty and none of the functional buttons seem to work. please help

I have submitted help ticket and comment here on forum HOURS ago...and yet even my submissions are not showing up. When I submit I see that it goes into a MODERATION que. Doesn't anyone work on the weekends in INDIA ???
POP Mail error Messages
All my accounts worked on Friday. Late yesterday I started getting connection errors on my POP accounts. This is both in outlook and on my mobile devices. This tells me that either ZOHO POP servers are not Authenticating correctly or there is a much large issues ZOHO is not commenting on ? I can access my account remotely at ZOHO mail....so the problem is the POP servers. Can we get a timeline for a fix to this issue ??
POP Mail server connection errors from outlook
I just set up (4) clients with zoho mail over the last several weeks. All accounts had been working with no issues. Today all of my clients are complaining of Outlook POP server connection issues with ZOHO mail. We have not changed any settings. I do not see any posts by ZOHO with regards to POP mail issues. Clients can log into ZOHO mail remotely...but cannot gain access via outlook. We need zoho to look into this ASAP....as this will severely limit out Clements on Monday AM....work week.

URGENT MAIL HELP NEEDED
We recently paid to open another email account at our domain, www.internindia.co.uk. through gmail. Now the existing emails accounts we have registered with zoho are not able to recieve mails. Our customers and business associates have told us that for the past 2 days all their emails are bouncing. Please help! What did we do wrong? How can we get this fixed asap???
can't set up CNAME within register openSRS?
Purchased domain name through squarespace, which uses openSRS as register. When I go to load the Name/Host/Alias and the value/Points to/Destination, there is no place to do that. The CNAME gives me the ability to add a subdomain under the CNAME area and the hostname is set up with: ext.squarespace.com. How can I verify my domain with you so that I can utilize Zoho Mail as my service?
Can't access multiple emails on our account.

Locked out of Admin account
Hi there, I swapped my admin account email (which was an external email address used to open my Zoho account) for one of my custom domain email addresses. The process went through alright. However during the next log in ( using my now custom domain email address serving as the admin username) the password was not accepted. After a number of tried, I decided to reset it. Zoho sent the reset link/ password to the very custom domain email address which I had just reset! Any ideas how to get back into
MX settings exactly?
I'm moving over from DotEasy and i can't seem to get the information correct. I know I need to add the MX record for Zohomail. but I can't seem to find them. This is what I see on my server and where I think I need to add the information. What do I fill into the blanks? Also am I correct in stating I need to remove the current DotEasy.com mx records as well? Source: Mailserver/Host Priority mx.zohomail.com

iPhone Exchange Sync Folders Empty
Hi When I sync my iPhone with zoho using exchange to enable me to get push emails then I cannot access old mail in my inbox or folders, I have ensured that on my iPhone the 'mail to sync' is set to no limit. If I set this to 30 days it works but when it's set to no limit I get no old emails. All help appreciated.

Profile name incorrect in outgoing mail
I have set up my personal information in the "General" tab (under "Settings") to show my name, Elise Winters. However, in the drop-down box ("Compose"), it shows my name as "keeli.elise," and when I send mail, the sender name also shows up as "keeli.elise." I only have one user -- myself -- and the email address I'm using is associated with my domain name; that connection is verified and working correctly. This email is also set up as my primary email. Despite much searching, I cannot locate anywhere
Validation of Domain Failing
I am having an issue with validation of my domain to be able to move forward with my mail hosting setup. I upgraded to email hosting package and I am having an issue with the domain verification. We have our domain registered with Go Daddy but we have the domain's DNS pointed to Wix and our site is located there since we used the wix tools to build our sites. The problem is I can only make changes to the Cname records on the wix site but not the Go Daddy site and I have done so based on the instructions
Spam
I have been recently getting a lot of complaints from employees of mine that spam is comping through to the inbox. For some reason its by passing zoho's spam filter which is a problem for us. Does anyone else have this problem lately. Is there anything we can do to prevent spam coming into our inbox. We cant take the chance of someone downloading something and infecting the servers.

ZoHo IMAP settings cause constant Outlook 2011 Mac Crash
I'm trying to add my ZoHo IMAP account to Outlook 2011 Mac, but every time I click on the account in Outlook, Outlook crashes hard. Removing the account allows Outlook to run fine, but anything associated with ZoHo absolutely kills Outlook. I'm not even sure how to sort through this problem. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is there a compatibility issue with ZoHo and Outlook 2011 Mac?

Dear support, in the mail policy section I can set up a maximum number of mails per day (max. 500). Does that limit also apply when using the Zoho SMTP server as smarthost from my web application server? Thanks in advance and best regards, Marco

Outbox folder appears under wrong account
Using Outlook 2010 I have: 1 zoho imap account 1 pop isp account 1 Exchange online account The zoho outbox folder appears under the Exchange account. Why is that and how do I "move" it to the right location, under the zoho account?
