Migration seems to do nothing
Hi, I've setup a Lite account and I'm trying to migrate mail from a personal Google Apps account. The GApps account has TFA with an app specific password for this job. The MX records still point at Google. I setup the migration with details: protocol: imap server: imap.gmail.com security: SSL port 993 I added user details with my gmail address and password. When I trigger the migration the status tells me it is in progress. After 5-10 minutes I get an email at the GApps account telling me the migration

I am unable to receive emails from a specific domain. When I check mail at www.mydomain.com/webmail the emails, which are missing from zoho, do show up on my domain's webmail interface. This one domain seems to be the only one from which I cannot receive mail through zoho. I am including below the full message header from one of the emails retrieved through mydomain/webmail, but which did not show up on zoho. I am new to Zoho. Iam trying to set u my Android Device (Using the Exchange) - I followed the instructions, but after Step 7, I keep getting an authentication failure. Also I tried setting up my IMAP account in outlook - again a failure. Could this be tied into the two step authentication? If so, how do I fix this? HELP!!!

Can't creat Zoho mail a/c
I have created a email id himanshugoyal@zoho.com but i am not using it since long time and i don't even remember weather i had deactivated it. But when i try to log in now and click on forgot password, it says that this id does not exist you can signup. And when i click on signup, it says this id is not available. What should i do?
Trying to set up, nothing works

Hi, I am sending 63 emails to recipients who referred their email addresses, but it seems some are not valid, so I got the Outgoing mail blocked after 10 bounces. Hello, I confirmed ownership and had mx records filled in correctly. I can send mails and receive mails from other sources, i.e yahoo, webmail, etc. but I can not send mails to other users I have created with @mydomain.com extensions. It used to work fine but now I can not use mail forwarding, etc. Any way to fix that?

Pop connection encryption error
Hi, I just setup a couple of email accounts to start using Soho Mail. I was able to setup everything correctly under my new domain inza.co.cr, but when I tried to to configure Outlook using the configuration manual I am getting a connection encryption error. "Your server does not support the connection encryption type you specified. Try changing the encryption method" I already tried using SSL but it does not work. Same thing happens with the SMTP. Not receiving emails from all senders
I am not receiving emails from all senders. Some emails come through, I can't figure out how zoho is deciding which ones to allow... The senders are not getting bounced emails/delivery failures and the sent items are not being filtered to my spam box. Any ideas on what the issue is? Thanks!

Continued Activesync Problems
I continue to have active sync problems. I posted on here a few months ago and still the problem remained so I abandoned it because I was tired of dealing with it. I'm back to try again only to still have problems. Previously only mail would work, now this time nothing does. I can't even log in via activesync. Sent Messages Folder Display

In my Zoho email account I have the Send As listed with my Zoho email account address. Simple question about spam and POP
So there's an option to include Spam messages in POP downloads. If this is selected, does the email get marked in any way like by adding SPAM to the subject like some filters do or is it just sent straight through unaltered? Thanks for the help.

Mail outgoing not working.
Hello, I was trying to send mail using outlook. But was unable to do that in fact i tried to do it via portal but i was not able to attache nor send a single mail. Via outlook small email are going so i tries with a 3g dongle instead a local wifi but the same result. Zoho mail server status is showing up-time but its not working. Any solution?

In the task startscree you can't see strait away of a task is commented. Would be nice if it would be so. also comments don't show if a task is opened. This makes the commentfunction useless in my opinion
