Cannot receive emails
I had it setup before and it was working fine for a few days then, it just stopped. I can send mail to others still and Nothing has been changed as far as MX Mail exchange they are correctly configured. Any help will be awesome.
Multi pop client
We got two pop client (outlook) to access the same mailbox. But after the first client download the message , the second will not download that message. Any suggestion ?.

not receiving emails from my domain
I've been trying to setup the email system for sometime now. I can receive emails I send myself through from gmail and other emails from amazon are coming through but when I try to test from one of my other domains the messages never come through.
I like Zoho mail but.... Just got a new Android mobile
I love Zoho mail free version but think I have to switch back to gmail because there is no way I can see to sync my android and zoho email contacts. Real shame but I can't maintain two contact databases!

Hi i have created an email in zoho with my domain name and am able to recive emails but i am not able to send emails .when i try to send emails from zoho mail i get the below error mail The following addresses had fatal errors ----- [Status: Error, Address: <email where i am sending>, ResponseCode 454, 4.7.1 <email where i am sending>: Relay access denied] can any one here let me know how to resolve this so i can send emails. thanks Rida
Outgoing email blocked?
I seam to be getting my outgoing email blocked for some reason, I read a few posts around here and saw there was a daily outgoing limit of 250MB, but I went back and checked and have not appeared to exceed this amount, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
IMAP on Mail app Mac OS X Trash folder problems
Hi, I've set up a business account which I intend to use with a Desktop client via IMAP. I'm on Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) using the default Mac OS X Mail app, and having problems with trashing emails. Every time I delete an email from the client, after the client syncs again with the server, the message appears again. I selected the Trash folder in Mail, and set it up with the "use as Trash Mailbox" so when I delete an email it's sent there. But it doesn't work. When I delete an email with the "del"
Hide Sender IP
Hello I am using the ZOHO Email Service and my site is running fine but I am getting small DoS Attacks that could slow down my server . I also found out how this could be possible since I am using cloudflare for hiding my server ip . They got my ip by analyzing the email headers so they can get the server ip . Now my main question is whether its possible to hide my ip from these headers ? I would be happy if I could get an answer soon . Thank You ! @Richard

Setting up an account using Domainit
I'm trying to setup an email account to use my domain which is hosted on domain it. There isn't an option that I can find for verifying my account that matches the zoho requirements that I can find. Any ideas on how to get this working would be great.
Email forwarding without actual inbox
I'm currently using my web hosting's email management system, which allows me to create mail forwarders (user@mydomain.com forwards to user@gmail.com) without needing an inbox, since the people don't use it. They use gmail's alias functionality to send and receive all their emails from mydomain.com without ever having to log in to their mydomain.com inbox. So my questions is this: Is there any way to set up email forwarding like this using Zoho Mail without having to create a whole inbox and user
Can't change mx record with register.com
I followed the instructions here: https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/set-up/Configure-Email-Delivery.html#step9 for adding mx records on register.com but encountered some problems. First, where your instructions say to set the priority to 10, there is no 10. There are choices of low, medium or high. I chose high. Then, when I tried to submit the changes, I got the error message:

I'm using iMac with firefox browser to login my zoho mail. After click on login the browser screen turn to blank white as you can see in attachment. I also try to another browser chrome, safari but still same. this happen only on Mac OS for windows have no problem. please help me.....
Mail storage limit
Today I have reached storage limit (5Gb). After deleting (all!!) messages now zero mails in my mailboxes - but still saw on page red warning Your Incoming has been blocked and the emails will not be fetched in your Zoho account and POP Accounts Why ?

Enable Push in iOS 7?
Hello, I just set up my Zoho Mail and was wondering why Push doesn't show as an option after I set up my Mail. I made sure my Zoho Account has Push enabled, but I only see Fetch and Manual in the Mailbox settings in iOS 7. I followed the instructions as stated in the FAQ on Zoho. I used Other instead of Exchange. I'm on the Free Account but all the stuff I read said that Push should be available even for free accounts. Thanks!
zoho email / outlook client / no date and receiver email is updated
Hi, I´ve configured my zoho email account to send and recieve emails using Outlook (2003). It works fine and emails are sent and received well BUT: in my outlook list of messages I´ve SENT, there is no date and no receipe (receiver) address. Hi All I just finished configuring my domain email. During the setup wizard, I set up two other user accounts. When testing the email functionality, I don't get the option to email from the other accounts, only the main email account. What do I do to enable sending/receiving email from the other users? Can't access contact list when composing; messages continually show as unread; messages won't send
I can open my emails, but they don't show as having been read. I can't reply to any message I open. I can compose a new message, but the contact list doesn't show when I click on "To". I can fill in the "To" address by hand, but the message still refuses to send. Don't know if Zoho is the problem or the fact that Windows updated my computer this morning and it messed up my settings somehow.
can't add a new domain
Hi there, i want to add a new domain as i am changing from .org to .com and need them both to overlap for a while. zoho will only let me have one domain and says i have to upgrade to add another one. what is the deal with this, i already pay for 3 users and it is not cheap - i don't see what i have to upgrade to for a new domain or any other info other than a one line message. can you help? michelle

Need Outlook 2007 server configurations
I need the Incoming and Outgoing mail server settings for Outlook 2007 for my account. Also do I use the e-mail I have created in Zoho or the domain name with just the @ in front of it for my user name in the Logon Information section of the Outlook Internet E-mail Settings? I have been able to send an e-mail to my new address from Outlook but cannot get it to automatically configure to receive e-mails. Thank you for your help. I would really like to get this finished soon.

In need of pop and smtp settings for outlook 2007. I have not found the answer to this question on the forum. At least what was there was not helpful. I did find : pop.zoho.com smtp.zoho.com but when I entered them in Outlook the test email did not work. Another problem might be the user name I used.Should it be my e-mail address that I am trying to configure the settings for or @ and my domain name? Al of a sudden when I try to send any email from any of my ZOHO accounts, i'm getting back messages from different email recipients that its been blocked due to spam categorization. This is one message after sending it to my mac address. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
