Mis-typed domain name - can't verify email now
Hi guys During the setup process for zoho mail, I mis-typed my domain name. Now I am stuck at the verification stage, but obviously can't verify because it is the wrong domain name. I can't see how to go back one step to fix the typo and re-verify. Is this possible? Thanks, Nick
How to verify I own the domain when using Wordpress.com and Namecheap?
I set up a site on Wordpress.com and use gave my registar Namecheap WP's nameserver addresses. Now I like to use Zoho email service to host the emails, but Namecheap won't let me verify for Zoho that I own the domain because I am not using Namecheap's default nameservers. I cannot use the HTML option because I don't have root access to the site. What other options do I have?

Registering for zoho mail
When I try to create an zoho account with my own domain it says * This domain is not registered. Please enter a valid domain name. I am the legal owner of the domain I'm trying to register with, so whats the problem here?
how can I close my account
I do not want to use zoho anymore, and want to close the account. However I cannot seem to delete it. I always get redirected with a message saying I should close "professional" first. Please delete my account, this thing is driving me nuts!

Hello, I'd like to forward my zoho mails to windows live mail, where all my other emailaccounts are forwarded to. However, I'm stuck. They ask me server type "POP" or "IMAP" I also need to fill out the server's address from the incoming as well as the outgoing email. Can you please help??

Does Zoho support subdomain email addresses? Here's a hypothetical example: I have a domain, mydomain.com My regular email address is me@mydomain.com For sorting and redirection purposes I have a dedicated address, me@requests.mydomain.com Can I set up both addresses in a Zoho email account?

Always add the word "Subject" when reply e-mail
Hello! Zoho mail is working great! but I have one thing that bothers me. When I reply to exists one, zoho mail adds the word "Subject" to the exists Subject. Example: I get an email with subject: "Hi, how are you". When I click reply zoho mail changes my subject like this: "Subject: Hi, how are you". Why is doing this? Can I change that? I think its a bug, because it should never change my subject automatically. Thanks!
Outgoing eMail Blocked - Immediate help needed.
Today, I noticed that my outgoing email has been blocked. Please let me know the sending limit per minute. So, that I can be within limit. I am using comment notification plugin in wordpress, which probably crossed the limit. I am deleting user's subscription to "Reply Only" to avoid such crossing limit in future. PLEASE UNBLOCK ME. Imap Folder for Sent-Email
Hello! I used Zoho with an addional E-mail Adress. I have wrote in the last few years about 2000 E-Mail in the zoho web-Client. Now i want to work with an imap Mail, so i can used the folders also in a lokal client or on my smartphone. the problem is, i have now a folder "sent" with imap in my outlook and iphone. but how can i use this folder also in the zoho webclient? is it possible to define the sent-folder to a imap folder? thanks! Is it possible to provide the login page a domain name as part of the URL, in order to be able to login with just a username instead of a fully qualified user@domain? Hi, I have setup one of my account to direct all e-mail to a different e-mail address, but I know the free package comes with a daily 250 outgoing e-mail limit. I was wondering if this also counts for all e-mail that is forwarded to the address that I had setup on the account settings? Thanks. Eric

Email labels and multiple accounts
I have a hosted email account with Zoho as well as two other email accounts that are pulling in as POP3 accounts. I would like to have the same set of email labels available to all of the email I receive, but when I change from my hosted domain email to a POP3 account, the labels I have set up disappear. Domain Disclaimer appearing in the middle of the email body
when i send emails to clients, the disclaimer appears in the middle of the text body. why is this happening. I attached a signature at end from my iMail but when the client receives the email its all fu*ked up. calling the helpline is usless as no one answer. the Emergency support ticket takes 6 hours to respond. how is that even an emergency response?
zoho contacts won't sync with android
Hi I have a problem with syncing my contacts from zoho to my android phone (galaxy S 4). When I try to add, edit , delete a contact from the zoho web page it syncs just fine to my phone. When I add a contact from my phone it doesn't sync. as a result I have (for expample) 251 contacts in my phone but only 241 on the zoho web page. all these contacts where added from the phone. Other than that mail and calendar works fine (except the fact that it doesn't sync right away......) thank you

Hi, I'm on my last days of trial, but yesterday Exchange account on my iPhone stopped receiving emails although it was working properly for several weeks. Push is enabled in my Zoho Control Panel. I've deleted Exchange account on my iPhone and set up an IMAP one - it is woking OK. I've tried to set up push account again - no emails in there on my iPhone. Why Exchange account is not working on my iPhone?

Need to get my account unblocked ASAP so that I can continue working. I had some messages bounce back last week after sending out a newsletter.
