sync contacts and calendar with android
I am trying to set up my Android (LG Nexus) with zoho using the corporate email option so that I can get contacts and calendar functionality. I have followed instructions to set this up but fails during setup. "Cannot connect to server error" I have tried every setting from Domain\name to \name, enabled/disabled options and still nothing. So, I hope someone here can help, because if I can't get what would seem like basic integration in today's time working, then I will have to go back to google.
Creating new Workspace it says "This feature is available only with our Premium and Standard plans. Please upgrade your account."
I already have a Standard plan, what it doesnt allow me? Thanks!
Problem migrating emails from Gmail
I've tried both IMAP and POP migration from my gmail account, although everything seems set up ok, and I get an email telling me migration has happened, no emails show up. When I click on the 'more info' button during a migration it tells me there is no data in my gmail account. Any ideas? Andy

Can anyone the me what this means? Mail Storage - reallocate
Can I reallocate the mail storage amongst the users? currently it is only 5GB per user but some users use more and some less. can I reallocate so that it is not evenly distributed as 5GB per user?

Hello, I have a question in regards the encryption when using the Zoho e-mail add-on. I have my company e-mail account registered with a third party provider, which I then access in your CRM. It works wonderfully, I am just wondering if the mails I send from within ZOHO are encrypted or not. When configurating this account in ZOHO, there is the option to activate SSL. Is it enough to just set the flag to activate it or will I need to have an SSL activated also with the third party provider? Also,
Multiple sent mail
I am using Outlook/ POP3 and encountered the following: 1. When I look my sent mails through the web I can see them duplicated 2 or 3 times. 2. Though I set messages to 'remain on server' as I use 2-3 different laptops, the sent mail is not fetched via POP3. To be honest, Gmail does fetch sent mails as well as everything else (apart from spam) and I switched to Zoho because of it. I got tired of donwloading my sent mails 2-3 times on each laptop!. So my questions: 1. How can I stop sent mail duplication?
Importing emails from outlook
If we switch to Zoho mail (hosted), will we be able to import emails stored on individual PC's in Outlook to Zoho mail? Will the tree structures the users have set up be imported? If the tree structure is maintained, and IMAP is used, will the tree structrue show up on mobile devices? (Ipad, Iphone and android phone) Thanks

Option to reorganize columns & column 'label' as text
Hello, I hope not only me would benefit from he option to be able to switch and reorganize columns (from, subject, date, .. ) as well as their width. & I would really appreciate the option to see label name in the column, not only the color dot. This way I could add a note to an email (typing it in label) and don't have to open the email and read it once again to see why I've postponed it. What do you think? Thank you very much, Jan Skacel

I have just opened my first zoho email account. I have used talk21 (a BT Yahoo! service) since the very beginning of email and have 18 years of lovingly filed emails. Fetched email in IMAP structure
Hi, I have a problem with the External POP3 emails. In particular the worst thing is that all the "external POP" folder structure is fully unaccessible from mail client via IMAP, so all the email fetched are unaccessible via email client (Thunderbird) in IMAP (I think but I'm not sure that the same is for POP3). Zoho Mail: Cursor Problem
Hi, Each time I select emails to delete or to move to a different folder, I'm immediately dropped to the bottom of the screen and have to scroll back up to the email I selected. I select a second or third or fourth email etc., and after each time, I'm dropped to the bottom of the screen and have to scroll back up. It's very time consuming. Also, when I do have emails selected and go up to click on the Delete Box, the letters in the Delete Box disappear one at a time, each time I click on it.

saml signature validation failed
Hello, Just wondering how do I start troubleshooting the following error: Signature validation failed. The Possible reasons could be : 1. It is possible that you typed the address incorrectly. 2. Is any one else having trouble with attachments to emails coming up as 0kb? The first attachment goes on fine but the rest are 0. These are all the same things we have sent before and no matter how we change it it does not work.

Stuck in the business setup stage
I've had a personal account with you for a while and wanted to upgrade to a business lite subscription. I got as far as verifying my ownership of the domain by html and how I am completely lost. The control panel doesn't show the domain that I verified and when I add try to add it, it tells me the domain name already exists. Is there a way to turn off the spam filter? I already have a filter on my Exchange and all the Zoho Spam filter does is send good emails to spam. I have already tried whitelisting domains and can't seem to get it to work right. Thanks.

Phishing Spam from "DR OZ" can't be fltered, no matter how many filters I create?
I'm getting over 10 spam emails with "dr oz" being part of the address. I have created over 15 filters to try to stop this, but nothing seems to work, these emails (and they are Phishing type spam) keep getting through, at an alarming rate. Is anyone else experiencing this, and how do I stop it? As stated above, I've created filters with the word OZ in them in at least 15 permutations.
