Multiple email accounts question
Hi I have set up email with myname@zoho.com and am then adding additional accounts that I use I am slowly moving everything across from Google Apps which I have been using for some time. With Google Apps all my mail went into one inbox, and I have noticed that with Zoho it separates it into individual accounts. Is it possible to direct all mail into one inbox to be actioned? Thanks
Sharing Inbox and Calendar
We have recently migrated to Zoho Mail from Microsoft Exchange/Outlook. Previously I had my Inbox and Calendar "shared" with my admin staff such that they could access my inbox, and read emaild and respond to them. They could also access my calendar. How can I configure this same functionality in Zoho Mail?

Unable to receive emails but can send them
I set up an account using my domain name. I can send emails but emails sent to me are not being received. Original signup email account required?
When I was creating a zoho account for my business domain name, I signed up for zoho with my personal email. That personal email is currently the administrator. Is there any reason I couldn't/shouldn't change the admin to my primary business user and delete the personal account? It's taking up a mailbox slot that I'd like to give to someone else

Hi, Our domain is hosted with other vps provider and we are trying to setup our email hosting with zoho. I created the users, verified the domain and changed the MX records. After a while, I tried sending an email from my gmail account to admin[at]notifyme[dot]in. The email got bounced saying that "user not found". Gmail was able to contact mx.zohomail.com, so I assume mx records are updated. I wanted to ask how much time does it take to create a mailbox for a user (24 hrs) ? Can you please check
Getting AWAY from gmail
I'm migrating ALL my data away from google services and thought I'd finally found an acceptable email service. I used my gmail address to verify the zoho account, planning to delete the gmail after I'd decided to stick with zoho--and now they're linked. I can't sign into zoho separately. This is unacceptable. I thought I was signing up for an email service, not another way to access gmail. What a disappointment. Can zoho be used on its own? If so, how? If not, I'll be deleting my account.

Howdy. A few months back, I bought the domain thenetset.org and successfully setup my thenetset@live.com email account to forward to a new contact@thenetset.org name. Now, I'll be moving to another new domain. My blog has joined the Bloguin network, and they wanted me to have a.com. My new domain is thenetsetblog.com. Can my email which now arrives at contact@thenetset.org be changed to contact@thenetsetblog.com ? Coming here for my email is very convenient, so I'd love it if I could keep doing that.

How do I set the spacing for lines of text? The default seems to be double spaced. This is happening anytime I import text. It is a real problem with signatures even when I create them from scratch.

I added several POP accounts to my hosted zoho email service however I am unable to download or extract these messages from Zoho. Gmail setup in Zoho - other devices affected
Hi I have an email address hosted via Gmail Previously, I could access this via iPhone & iPad Mail and Outlook - all worked fine Since adding this gmail address to Zoho - I'm having trouble accessing via these other devices On iPhone & iPad mail and Outlook, all incoming mail now goes straight to Trash (since setting up on Zoho) On Zoho account settings, I have the delete area set to "Leave a copy on the server" Is there something else I need to adjust to fix? Hello, I tried to import using 2 différent tools (zoho migration tool and https://ssl0.ovh.net/fr/imapcopy/) which work very well with other email providers, but with both tools, there's a restriction when I try to import my folders. It imports the 2 firsts level, but not 3+ levels, for example : folder1 folder1/subfolder1 but not folder1/subfolder1/anotherfolder The importation looses all affiliation to the «anotherfolder» and all e-mails are classified in folder1/subfolder1 This is very annoying,

Trying to decide whether to set up my email hosting with Google apps or Zoho mail. Any advice on the advantages / disadvantages of either approach?
