Hello, the mailbox doesn't send or receive mail so I'm trying to delete my domain. Whenever I type my password and click yes to delete I get the message "False" However the message for a wrong password is Invalid Password. (I tested both) I want to delete my entire account.
migration issues - server not reachable

Domain verification failure
Does anyone know how much time can take to verify my domain ? I tried to verify it by CNAME method but after 48 hours verification still fails. I sent screenshots to Zoho Customer Support but no answer..maybe they will verify it manually upon receiving my screenshots...but can take more than 2 days ? How do I check email on a newly added domain?
Hello! I'm confused.. So I've added a domain to zoho and created email address support@mydomain.com with a password at admin panel. Where do I login with this email and password to check the mail that goes to support@mydomain.com? I've also created a subdomain mail.mydomain.com that points to business.zoho.com and I cannot login with support or support@mydomain.com, it only lets me login with my initial name that I've used to register at zoho.com I feel like I'm missing something obvious :(
Why is my Yahoo email address shown at the top of the page when I log in to my zoho email account?

Spam email
I get about 50 spam email a day (about the same as yahoo, which I don't use for that reason). I always mark them as spam but the same senders still show up in the inbox. I have looked at settings, is there a way to up the spam filter? I couldn't see one. Any help would be appreciated. Jamini Young

I have the following problem, as I add to my android via exchange activesync account with the parameters provided (msync.zoho.com, all ssl, etc), accepts everything, but the screen stays synchronized, and not any email vizualiza nor synchronize contacts or calendar. but it only happens with 1 account, I thought I was to have inactive PUSH, check and if this. that I can do.

Hello all, New "free" user trying out the software before purchase, and love it so far. I am testing out the Opt-Out functionality by loading up an unsubscribe link on my website and then sending it at the bottom of my email as a page link. It all works great, but when the user enters their email address and clicks Unsubscribe, the fields clears, but when I log out and back into Zoho, the opt-out option is still unchecked. Is this fixed in a paid version? Thoughts? Thanks!

Can't send email out (outgoing blocked)
I have to send mails to number of users for 2-3 days in my community, some of the emails are very old and are invalid but I don't know about them. I guess, because of limitation on bounced emails, it blocked. Please tell what's the process of getting it unblocked.

Cannot send email outside of Zoho
Why can't the email hosting accounts I have setup in Zoho Mail can't receive emails from outside of Zoho? I have emails like: user1@mydomain.com user2@mydomain.com Where user1 and user2 can receive message to each other, they can also send email to outside emails. However the problem is that these accounts can't receive email. I have already setup the MX records in GoDaddy, to mx.zohomail.com and mx2.zohomail.com Also, there is one exception where I have a configured 'aliased' @mydomain.com email

Hello, I just finished setting up a "email hosting" and added users like: user1@mydomain.com user2@mydomain.com Both email can send to other email, however both cannot receive email from outside. Sending to these emails return mail delivery failure. However, user1 and user2 account can send emails to each other.
Shared documents on Group's home page not appearing ?
Hello, If I go into Groups in Zoho Mail, select a Group and navigate to the Group's home page, there is no shared documents. But I see the shared document in Applications/Documents/Groups. Do I have to do something special in order to see the shared documents on the Group's home page ? Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to set up a mail forwarding from my zohomail address to another @email.it address but I didn't get the confirmation email on that account (though, testing forwarding to another address, the confirmation email arrived straight away there). Is there any known issue about spam problems or does anyone have suggestions about how to fix it? Thanks!

Email saying more than 32000 Characters When clearly not???????
one of our users has an error coming up saying the email cant send as the Max is 32000 characters, when the email is not more that 1000 characters and the rest of us can send the emails with out a problem
553 Relaying disallowed
Hi, I am experiencing a diffuclty in sending an e-mail with javax.mail and zoho account. I cannot figure out why I am getting the "553 Relaying disallowed" message. I have double checked hosts, ports, credentials, protocols, authorization method + configured "Send mail as options" and it still did not change anything. Any suggestions?

trying to change mx record.. example on zoho shows 2 records, only one on my host
My domain host is bluehost. I am trying to change the mx record. There is only one line showing, but the example in the zoho help shows two lines (http://www.zoho.com/mail/faq.html#q4) also on bluehost there is an extra space not shown on the zoho help.... the "Host Record." Do I need to change that? So far I can't get this working. The domain is verified and I have the user accts set up. I seem to be stuck on this step so thanks for any help. Zoho Mail integration with CRM - deleting emails
We use Gmail for our company mail and I recently configured zoho mail as a POP3 so that client related communication would automatically go into the CRM. 1) All of my email messages copy from Gmail into Zoho. Over time this is going to be a lot of email going into Zoho. 2) It appears that if I delete an email from the Emails tab in Zoho CRM, it deletes it from the linked email to the Contact in CRM. Question: How do configure it so that my zoho mailbox doesn't fill up with thousands of non-client
