I'm receiving this "operation is restricted" message after paging back through 10,000 emails. I noticed an early post response about self-unlocking. Where can i do this at? I have no time to be locked out of my email account because i'm sorting through page history on a paid account. Ryan.
Can't get SAML to work ( OneLogin SAML endpoint)
I set up SAML for our Zoho account so Mail users can login via OneLogin SAML service.. I was able to successfully configure SAML in Zoho Control Panel But when my users try to access Zoho Mail from OneLogin single click portal.. is says Destination attribute is not present https://accounts.zoho.com/samlresponse/[myaccount].business.zoho.com Please advise.. Zoho email page is gone... ...
The Zoho Email web page is gone. When I go to mail.zoho.com I am redirected to https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do. When I go to zoho.com/mail I am redirected to https://business.zoho.com/biz/index.do. BOTH of these take me to a page titled ZOHO Mail Intranet. I have tried going to Zoho home page and selecting the Collaboration Mail selection, as has worked in the past. This also directs me to the previously mentioned ZOHO Mail Intranet page. Help!! Sher
Safari as default mail client
Can I set safari (similar to the zoho mail firefox post), as my default mail client? For example, all mailto: XXXX@XXXX.XXX will trigger a new window in Zoho Mail?
Mail or CRM extremely slow or app is currently unreachable!
The mail and CRM apps are not working today for some reason. They are either extremely slow when they come up at all. Otherwise they do not even come up and I get the following error message: "App is currently unreachable." My connection is very fast. Other sites like ebay, amazon, google, etc work. I've tried Chrome and IE. Windows 7 and Windows 8. This has been going on since 7am (EST). I've used both of these daily for more than two years. Has been very reliable. Never seen anything like this.
Checking POP mail, some POP accounts not working.
We have several of our users (@helloveritas.com) who have POP accounts set up to check other user's email too. Frankly what we wanted was to be able to just have people see each other's email, but using POP seemed to be the only way to achieve it using Zoho. sharon@helloveritas.com has several other accounts set up via POP. Some of those are working just fine (info@ for example, and alex@ too). However, lauren@ and michela@ are still receiving email when those users log in, BUT when Sharon checks

Problems after Thunderbird 17 upgrade.

Migrating from gmail interface but still using google apps
Hello, i'm migrating a client from gmail but he wants separate mailboxes in zoho for each email account. i've created multiple pop 3 mail boxes but now I need to get his folders from gmail into the pop3 accounts showing from zoho. It doesn't look like zoho supports imap for gmail (which is unbelievable by the way as Mozilla supports it and its desktop software), so what are my options for getting the clients folders w/ his emails into zoho? I know imap is an option when your mail is hosted by zoho
Subfolders in Inbox
Created two subfolders in my Inbox - very cool! BUT. I *cannot* open them. I *need* to access the emails in those subfolders but nothing I do will open them. I did find that by scrolling through "All Messages" in "Views" I can eventually find the email I need but what a PITA that is. And having to do that sorta negates the advantage of having subfolders. Can only assume I'm doing something simple wrong - but what?! Help, please. Have written "Help" three times, no response, so y'all are
Zoho Mail as IMAP Client
I have a family domain created currently everyone is using Outlook over POP3 to retrieve their mails. However some family members would like to move to Zoho Mail and other would like to use GMail... How can I setup iMail under OS X to use Zoho Mail (personal) with Exchange server (and sync emails, calendars and contacts)? I have a "no answer" error from msync.zoho.com every time I try. Responsive email design
I'd like to be able to code responsive emails to send via zoho (so they appear different when viewed on a mobile device). Unfortunately as far as I'm aware this isn't possible to do with inline styles and zoho automatically strips out any CSS. I've done tests via other email services and the results have been great, would be nice to be able do this via zoho.
Multiple emails and their primary mail id
I have 3 different zoho email addresses which I use for different email categories. Friends, Finance, Work. I set them up using three other email addresses as 'primary mail id' These 3 'primary mail id' addresses will shortly be deleted (because I'm changing internet provider) Do I have to set up another three 'primary mail id' ? I was intending just to have 3 zoho accounts and one other hotmail account. I usually access my zoho emails using thunderbird Is there a better way of achieving my goal?

Hello, I have created a matching zoho account in thunderbird to help migrate all of mail via imap over to zoho email. For some reason when i create folders in zoho they show in thunderbird but when i create them in thunderbird they do not display in zoho. Why do emails arrive so late?
I'm forwarding emails from gmail to zoho. They arrive in my zoho inbox up to 2 hours later than they are forwarded from gmail. This is not a problem with gmail, I've forwarded elsewhere and they arrive right away. Only with zoho do they take forever to arrive.... This happens with about 50% of my incoming emails. I won't give specific email IDs, it's a prevalent issue.
