Change 'from' Name in Mail on iOS
Hi, I'm using Zoho Mail -- and I love it, by the way. When sending mail from my desktop, my name appears as I set it in my Mail.app preferences. However, when sending from my iPhone or iPad (I am using Zoho Mobile Sync to push email to both), my name appears as my email address when sent from the iPad, and as just the part before the @ when sending from my iPhone. I've looked at the preferences in iOS but there seems to be no way to enter a name there. What can I do? Thanks! Nikita

Zoho Mail Stupidity
There are some very annoying issues we're having with Zoho Mail: 1. Zoho CRM will not use Zoho Mail's "send mail as" configuration to send mail as alternate addresses, so all emails originating from Zoho CRM show up sent as (whatever)@zoho.com. Why does Zoho Mail support "send mail as", but not Zoho CRM? 2. Zoho Mail's Custom SMTP ports are limited to 25, 465, 587. My mail provider runs SMTP on a different port - why the arbitrary restriction? 3. Emails sent from Zoho Mail aren't showing up in Zoho

Unable to setup pop/smtp email client
I would like to setup my Windows Mail to fetch email from @zoho.com but it won't fetch email. Some debugging suggests it is not the client's problem. Failure to connect to Zoho SMTP when trying to send an email using VBA
I am trying to use VBA from Excel to send an email. I think I have all the correct settings, but I get the error: "The server rejected the sender address. The server response was: -ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED" This tells me that a connection WAS made to the server and that the SMTP server decided not to allow that user in. I have been reviewing several hundred emails for a work related project and believed I had all the pertinent information for the project. Then, I forwarded a couple of the emails to another email account so that I could print with a different format, and it turned out that there were approx 3 additional attachments to the emails that, when viewing in Zoho, just showed up as an inline part of the email but the text says "null" so I didn't even think there was an additional attachment. I have two zoho email accounts, because for years, I used both my first initial and first name in my email addresses. I want people to be able to reach me, no matter which way they use my name in the email address. Is there a way to check both zoho email addresses from the same page. I'd add it as another pop account, but don't know the server settings, and names.

Use Push Mail for Secondary mail account
Hello I have set up a second mail account to receive pop3 email from kevin@kevinleightonphotography.com and set it so that it deletes the email from the originating account to keep it tidy. However, I'd like to be able to use Push Mail / Msync via my Android to be able to keep up to date with the messages I'm receiving but I cant work out how to set it up for a second account. Zohu Mail announced the release of Zoho Sync for mobile devices few months ago, and I've followed the instruction to set up Zoho Sync on my mobile device now. How to send outgoing mail from a desktop client as one of your aliases
Howdy all: I have set up my account and am receiving and sending mail just fine through the Zoho website. I have also set up my primary me@domain.com email address in my desktop client. It receives mail from both me@domain.com and me@domain2.com (my alias). However, I can't reply from me@domain2.com. I have 2 distinct addresses and want to reply to each of them separately. I'm afraid that if I set up both accounts in my desktop client, I'll receive all the mail from my alias twice. Thoughts?
emailing issues today - October 26 2012, not sure if its Zoho OR if its my hosting company
Anyone else having email issues today? emails appear to be "hanging" a lot today. I am able to send but it there is a lot of hang time. I'm not sure if its Zoho OR if its my hosting that's causing the issue. That's why I'm posting this today.

Difference Between Shared Contacts and Groups
Hi: Can anyone explain the difference between Shared Contacts and Groups. When we set up a Group, we add contact emails, but then we see a Shared Contact listing that does not contain any email addresses and we seem to have to add them again. Also, when we create a Shared Contact listing, it appears in the Groups. Thanks!

Deleting recurring (repeat) events

Listing Emails in left margin
Hello, I have 5 pop3 email accounts in my ZOHO email. With the size of screens now a days, you can list more then 2 OTHER email accounts as tabs at the bottom of the "inbox, sent etc column". The rest shows up under "MORE" which is a bit of a waste, considering how much white space is above all of these. Give it 5 or 6 before you show more please! :) Thanks
Question regarding domain hosted email
I have a question regarding email hosting. At my web provider I currently use three emails, for example: email1@myhost.com email2@myhost.com email3@myhost.com Since I am a small company, all these emails are answered by me. If I switch my email hosting to zoho, will I have to create three different email addresses in zoho? For example, will I need to create tree separate log ins to access each email address, or will they all forward to my primary account since I am the only current user?
