Hi Zoho Team! I'm really disappointed from now some weeks, when I working on mails in Draft... I finally have an error when I want to sent the mail : "Problem in sending mail while doing IO operation" I have just noticed: - It arrive when I spend a certain time on before send it - I found this problem on "Zoho Business" and "zoho mail" - In Firefox (3.10) and IE7 - I found this problem from 2 different PC Are you aware about this problem? please tell me informed. Can't file a support case- error on Zoho Support page
I've been trying to file a support case regarding the Priority level dropdown menu, but there's no "Submit" button on my support page, and at the bottom of the support submission page, it keeps saying "Error on page". Anyway, my issue is: When I select the dropdown to select the Priority Level (high, medium, etc), the menu occasionally shows up, and when it does, I can't choose any level whatsover. It's not loading properly, and it just disappears. This has been going on more than three weeks.
Replicating folder structure in 2nd email account
I just set up a 2nd email account in Zoho Mail, and would like to move all my mail from my first account, as well as its folder structure, to the 2nd email account. I tried dragging and dropping, but that doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks
Making Zoho email default
I just starting using Zoho Mail. I have 2 questions. 1. How do I get my Zoho contacts into Zoho Mail? I assumed that this would be automatic. 2. When I'm in a Zoho contact and click on the email it opens up my Outlook instead of Zoho Mail. How do I default it to use Zoho Mail so I can attached the email to the contact. Thanks for your help.

A digest of email
I receive about 300 mails in 24 hours. Of these, those that are important to me or those that need my attention is only about say, 50. However, I need to go through all the 300 mails to get those 50 mails relevant to me. It takes a lot of time to go through mail by mail. My question is, is there a way to get all the mails in a single file? All I will need to do is simply scroll down and select / read mails relevant to me with ease. Something like a mail digest? If such a feature or something similar
IMAP Access Problem
Hi! For about 1 day I can not receive an email from Zoho through IMAP. I have MAC OSX with their Mail Client. I moved some time ago from Gmail to Zoho and was working OK until yesterday.... I did explore a bit and found out that IMAP to Gmail is working, POP3 to my business server is working as well, IMAP to ZOHO shows like my ZOHO account is offline. big problem with zoho mail EXTENTION for google chrome.

Duplication behaviour when editing mails from applemail.
Greetings, I recently bought a plugin pack for applemail called Mail-Tags. Basicly this allows me to create a ticklerfolder item with automated script or send options. I noticed that when I tag a mail it succesfully adds the metadata/script but apparantly creates a duplicate instead of removing the old one. At first It doesn't show the duplicates but after half a hour or so the dupes flow back in to applemail. Is there anyway to circumvent/mitigate this behaviour by using a filter or changing the
How to forward a new email address to the CRM?
Several times now I have received an email from someone I want to connect with in the future but cannot see the email address anywhere in order to copy it and paste it into another app. Is this possible in Zoho?? Is it possible to access "Archive folders" via IMAP with a mail client? Or is only "Folders" (i.e. Inbox, Drafts, Templates, etc.) accessible via IMAP?
Zoho uses only partial computer screen
Sometimes when I log in to zoho it only utilizes half my computer screen. Other times it uses the entire screen. What can I do to fix this to always use the entire screen?
IMAP and Android
I have tried to configure several different email apps on my Android to use the newly-released IMAP functionality in Zoho. All appears well except for the small problem of no email being displayed! My zoho folders are displayed and when it is loading emails msgs, it displays 0/7 (or however many emails are in my zoho inbox) but the messages themselves never are displayed. One of the apps I tried (K-9 email) gives a hint at the problem... it says "Unparseable" after trying to load messages. Please

Date Format Incorrect in Mail
Hi, I moved over from Gmail to Zoho and so far it has been a good experience except for one thing. The date format in mail persists as the US format i.e mm/dd/yyyy instead of the European (and most of the rest of the world) format of dd/mm/yyyy. Unable to receive mails with custom domain
Hi, I had setup my custom domain with zoho mail and created a mail account associated with it. While i am able to send mails to other email ids. I cant receive mails. I tried to send a mail from my gmail id and its failed. The error i have received is: The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected yyy@xxx.xx (state 14). please stop removing email functionalities!!!!
1. Removing functionality to flag the message as a spam from the right hand side of the msg - next to the delete button. 2. Mac Mail not detecting updates to Zoho Mail made by other devices
In Mac Mail set up for IMAP I am finding I have to quit Mail and reopen to get it to recognize that I deleted messages with my iPad or via the Zoho web apps. Previously when using Zimbra as my IMAP mail server the Mac Mail would recognize when I deleted messages on my iPad. How do I change my configuration to get this to work, or is Zoho Mail not providing the Mac Mail with the information it needs to refresh itself? Thanks in advance.
