ZOHO mail integration in CRM
I am relatively new to ZOHO and I am evaluating the ZOHO CRM module. When I want to use ZOHO mail, can I do that with my own (company) email address of do I get a ZOHO mail address? regards, Jaap
Where´s the X gone?
You did a great job on the new changes! But I am desperately missing the x beside each mail to delete it!! To me that was the most comfortable function to keep my inbox clean. I know there are other ways to delete mails, but it would be great to have the usability of mail-Tools like Outlook and stuff back where you either delete with the keyboard or one click with the mouse. It might sound weird that I am complaining about one additional click (mark+delete) but for efficient work that is a lot. let
Email stripping out verification link?
I'm trying to change my Apple ID (for buying stuff through the iTunes store) to my Zoho address. But the verification email has no link for me to click. I tried sending one to my work email, and it has a link, just as expected. My guess is that it's a javascripted link (or something) that Zoho is stripping out for security purposes. Is there a workaround, because I would really prefer to use this address for my Apple ID. (It's really stupid of Apple not to include a regular text link. I cannot believe
Files are not being attached.
Hi ! I am having a problem while attaching any file to an outgoing email. Whenever I click on Attach button, a dialog box appear to select file(s) but nothing happens after selecting file. Files are not being attached. I have tried to drop a file too but again, nothing happens. Am I missing something? Is there any other way to attach files? Naveen Sharma

Contacts are listed by "First Name". How can they be listed by "Last Name, First Name"?
Re New Design of Mail
Two things that I used often and am now missing: 1) the ability to click on the loser to generate a list of all messages in the inbox from that user (this was a great feature for allowing me to do quick bulk deletes or moves of messages. 2) the ability to delete a message with one click from the now missing red x on the right hand side. Please tell me that updates will reinstate these features. Thanks
POP access
I added a POP email account under my ZOHO account and I need to download all messages in the Sent folder but I can access only the main ZOHO account from Outlook not the other POP account. Any help please. Thanks
Recent Changes to Interface
I can no longer click on the name of the sender in the From column and have all that senders emails open in a new tab. That was a VERY useful feature - has it been removed? I can't even click on the heading to sort by that column. Also the labels have become dots. They're not labels anymore they're just dots. Can I go back to proper labels? Hi I'm Ebhi from KK office. Mail UI was changed yesterday. Thanks for your for userfriendly consciousness. It become better to use than last version. I want to make sure one thing. If we clicked one item in sender column, all clicked sender rows were sorted at last version. Now, it is not worked. Could you please explain me how to sort by sender? ZOHO aliases
I am wondering if it is possible to create a ZOHO alias email address to use instead of your main ZOHO email address. If this is not available, please include it as a new feature. It would be helpful as a throw away address for temporary use or for permanent use as an alternate email address. Thank you.
New design harder on my eyes
The font somehow seems thinner, maybe it's also the increased spacing between mails, I don't know. The green theme I was using also seems "colder". But my eyes definitely feel strained after a while, and I didn't have this problem before.
Is it possible to display the inbox email list and the preview panel side by side?
I quite often sort through a lot of recent emails and the preview panel is a must but it would be nice to be able to see a longer list of emails than the current configuration (email list top, preview pane bottom) allows. I have looked through the settings and templates and have found nothing. If there is a way to do this it would be fantastic!
Did anyone ask for any User Interface changes? I have no recollection that they were run past me .. UnBOLD move .. Change is Progress?
Formerly, I could see at a glance which folders had unread mails in them and how many .. the number was displayed in BOLD and clearly set aside from FOLDERS' NAMES .. NOW I cannot find the setting to reset back to the Old Setting. Someone seems to have changed the BOLD numbers to some thin-faced dwarfs placed right behind the also-unreadable folders' names, just as if they were PART of those names .. Hi, Guys, thank you for you greate work. Unfortunately, there are some new bugs and misfeatures. Mail is very slow

We"re sure you"ll like the much faster page loading and preview times too! " I do not now if receiving and sending is faster but i now that Zoho Mail overall is much slower now. When do you think it is back in normal speed? Now it is a BIG problem! Is it just me who has this problem?

For my free email account, the size being displayed in Settings -> Mail -> Mail Accounts for my email id is 1 MB. Is the storage THAT limited??
Firefox OK, Not working w/Expl 7
I prefer to use Explorer 7 with my e-mail as I have in the past, but since the update today it is not responding - can't compose, can't open e-mail, can't mark and move e-mails, etc, etc.. Will Zoho Mail be working again on Explorer 7? Is there anything I need to do to make this happen?
how to delete message with one klick
thanx for upgrading, but in new version I cannot delete with one klick. Also another disadvantage!!!!: I cannot by one klick see all mails from one recipient - that was so good.... cheers martin

Search emails by clicking on name in main window
Old version allowed you to click on the name of sender in the main window that would then open a new tab. That tab would have only emails sent by that person. How can I change this back. Jody
Mail from filter
We have lost the ability to filter our inbox by "from" or "subject" you can only filter by "date" why have you taken such a useful and simple feature out of the system on the upgrade - crazy.

Mail problems
I recently added Zoho mail to my Droid X cell phone. I can send mail from my phone but it does not receive mail. Can you please help me solve the problem? I am switching from Gmail to Zoho because I love many of the features Zoho has to offer that Gmail simply cannot match. Keep up the good work!
Login Button freezes for more than 15 seconds
In zMail Login, I see that the login button is freezing after clicking it for more than 15 seconds. Also even if there is already active Zoho Session in the browser the login IFRAME seems to be blanking out for this period before saying 'Loading ...' Can I use Google my Calendar in Zoho?
I understand how some people have been able to create an app linking to Google Calendar, but I've tried that and have not been able to make it work. Any suggestions?
Email usage
If I either upgrade to professional or add the mail add-on so that I can use the bulk email function, with 2 users, will we have only one email inbox and send address? (ie, will all of our email dump into one inbox even tho it is meant for different users?) And, can we send from separate addresses? Do I have to upgrade all users or can I just upgrade 1 user and leave the others as free? Thanks, Cheryl
email wont load
several times in a few days my zoho mail will not load. the page comes up with the icons written in text instead and i am unable to click on inbox, only forums, calendar, ect. any help appreciated. xizoho@zoho.com

IMAP access major problems
We are having major problems (likely related to this? https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/account-temporarily-blocked-for-imap-use-for-several-days-now ) With all of the accounts under the @free-times.com email accounts. Can you please check to see if the IMAP issues for all @free-times.comc emails are experiencing this (or a very similar) IMAP issue? We are looking into switching to a different email provider if the sporadic IMAP problems can't be diagnosed promptly. Thanks!
External Accounts
When I configurate my external accounts, I can see them just under my Zoho account as you can see in th screenshot. Will i configurate a 4e account, then you will see under the 3e another button, not with the "account" but with the text "more". Is ther any possibility in the settings to move that one, so you can see the 4e one also as an account? Or is there any setting, you can set the number of accounts you can see? I hope that my subscription can mention what I mean. Like to hear from you. Thanks

Question about future plans re: e-mail limits
Just wondering if there's some plan to increase the number of mails that can be sent at a time. 50 is very limited. Is there some plan to perhaps giving users more ability in this area? Thanks.

Hi. Is it possible for Zoho to retrieve mail from an external server using IMAP instead of POP ? I am a bit confused by some of the documentation that talks about IMAP. This is mostly referring to a different case where the mail client uses IMAP to get mail from Zoho. Thanks, Bob
Emails "delayed" several hours/days - "qq trouble" message
Hi, I just set up IMAP access to my Zoho Mail through my smartphone, but when I send out a message using the phone it doesn't get to its destination. I get a mailer-daemon response that says "ResponseCode 451, qq trouble in home directory (#4.3.0)]" I am receiving mails just fine. How do I fix this problem?
How to set Zoho mail up to receive IMAP? - fairly urgent please
I am trying to set-up Zoho Mail for my husband. He is working with a new organisation and he wants to manage emails from their domain via Zoho. They have given set-up instructions for incoming mail as IMAP, but I can only find instructions on setting Zoho up for POP3. Does this mean it is not possible within Zoho? or can someone advise me how to configure Zoho correctly for this please?

Unable to open messages properly in IE 9
Recently installed IE 9.0.8112.16421, in Windows 7 home. Zoho Mail doesn 't function as it did previously in IE8 - right-clicking message no longer brings up "open in preview" option or any option that will open the message. Clicking or double-clicking the message does not open it. I have changed the viewing options for the folder to "open in new tab" or "open in new window" but no difference. Right-button menu options in IE9 have apparently changed. How do we open messages in IE9? I wish I could
Cannot get ZOHO POP3 to fetch a few messages, which have been added "out of their turn" to the INBOX that is being POPped
I have one main ZOHO account, under which I have set up a few POP3-accounts, since ZOHO is really such a brilliant environment. There recently was trouble with the home accounts (non-ZOHO) of a couple of the POP3"feeds". The result was that I had to merge one home account (non-Zoho) with the other, consequently also merging their Zoho-representations. All went rather brilliantly. However, upon resuming normal duty with each home account (non-Zoho) receiving its mail and having them POPped by my Zoho
