Change name of attachment
If I want to save an attachment, that I receive by e-mail, to Zoho-docs, I am not able to change the name of the attachment. Is there a setting I should change to be able to change the name? Many thanks for your help, Victor

Can't seem to connect to mail this morning - getting cannot connect to server error. Tried multiple browsers and the same. Anyone else having same problem ? BTW main mail site is ok but get the error just after login.
pop mail
I have an email account on one of my domains set up to be brought in by Zoho Mail. I also have Gmail set up to bring in mail from that account. Gmail has been instructed to leave the emails in that account on the domain's server. When I send a test email to my domain's account, Gmail pulls it in just fine. Zoho Mail is still waiting - after nearly a half-hour. I have Zoho Mail's settings set to check the account ever 3 minutes. Do I have to stop using Gmail for that account before Zoho Mail will

How to forward all messages from one POPed folder to another?

I would like to know if there is a way we can forward the messages from one POPped stored to another say I have three tabs on the left hand side like this: abc@zoho.com abc@microsoft.com abc@aol.com How to forward/copy contents from abc@microsoft.com to abc@zoho.com? Zoho Business - Tasks
At the moment Tasks are listed in order of their due date. For me I wish to be able to list tasks grouped by their Category. This is very important since many people are using the David Allen "Getting Things Done" system and wish to keep this if they move from Outlook to Zoho. At the moment Sales Force can handle this, can you let me know how I can group tasks by Category in Zoho. Configuring Mac Mail with Zoho POP3 Account using Gmail Sign In
Hello, I'm having a very hard time trying to get Mac Mail configured correctly through POP3 settings to show me mail from my Zoho account. I used my gmail account for signing into my Zoho Mail, but now I don't know how to configure the POP3. I tried every combination possible with the Zoho account ID and Pass, as well as the Gmail ones. NO LUCK. Can anyone assist me please?
Gmail messages stopped updating!!
Hello, I was able to follow all instructions regarding connecting my gmail account with Zoho through Zoho Mail Add On. My e-mail messages, slowly but surely, started updating from around 2004 on. Not sure what happened, but the updates stopped around March 2nd of 2011. I've tried everything - deleting large e-mails, re-configuring POP settings, etc. - and I can't figure out how to continue the updates and make sure all e-mails are up to date. Can anyone help? I am going crazy here.

Hi there, Everytime I send a message from my own mail account (zoho mail but with my registered domain) it gets flagged as spam and placed in the spam folder. I've added myself into contacts (and all my other email accounts) but the problem still occurs. The spam settings I see on the email only allow me to add domains or subdomains, there's no option to define what is not spam

Sign up for zoho mail without having an email
Currently, people can't sign up for zoho mail (same as registering a zoho account) if they don't have an email address. Make a registration page for zoho mail different from the registration page of the rest of zoho services (in other words, zoho account registration page). The only difference may be that "zoho mail registration page" won't ask for email, because obviously the associated email address to the zoho account will be the one that is being created. Why do I have to continually sign in?
Every time I return to Zoho, after having previously closed IE8, I have to sign in again. The "Keep Me Signed In" box apparently no longer works for me.. It used to be that I could go directly to my inbox by clicking on Zoho in my favorites. This is new. My cookies are not removed automatically when I close IE8. I also resaved Zoho in my favorites. WEBMAIL SENT FOLDER showing mail SENT from OUTLOOK - question
I set up my Outlook to send/receive email hosted by you. All works just fine. HOWEVER, though I understand emails composed and sent directly from the zoho webmail ap showing up in the zoho webmail SENT folder, I was shocked to see that emails composed and sent from my Outlook email also showing up in the zoho webmail folder. Can't read all of my email
My email now started getting cut off about 3/4 of the way through so i can't read the rest of it or the top part get's cut off where i can move my email to different folders or delete it. I can't see those tabs. Also, the side scroll bars are almost completely gone. I can barely get my cursor on it to scroll up or down. Some days these things are there some days they aren't but they are never all together. It's either one or the other. How do i fix this. Very frustrating. I need to be able to read
Zoho Mail Limitation
Is there any way that I can overcome the limitations implicated on the Zoho free personal account? Perhaps to extend them, or get rid of them completely? Zoho is a great service! However, I'm finding these to be rather restrictive. It causes me to be more selective of what I send and when. I would love to be able to feel more liberated and free in sending my mails. Difficult (impossible?) to register my users to my domain.
I have set up a domain and paid for 20 users. I want them all to use Zoho Mail and also they will be able to access Zoho CRM and ZohoProjects which I have also bought (the highest service). It is really difficult to get my users onto both Mail/CRM! I invite them, they receive an email and they are asked to login with a password - but this is the first time they have seen anything to do with Zoho - how do they know what there password is? mac outlook 2011 cant send emails
hi folks i was wondering what the correct settings might be for outlook 2011 on mac, i cant seem to send mail from my zoho account as it keeps asking for password, which i have saved in outlook accounts, also i keep getting timed out from server notifiactions. repeating Outlook error message
When messages are downloading from the zoho server into 2010 windows outlook I get repeating error messages: either the UID of a message changed unexpectedly . This typically indicates a server bug or your server reported a UID that does not comply with IMAP standards there is an error code of 0x800cccdb previous UID 7745 new UID 7744 I am completely happy with everything except the error message. Is there a way to click something on my outlook to stop the error message from appearing?

Auto Forwarding Capability

gmail is a time machine in zoho
I can't seem to make the zoho email client play right with gmail. I want it to pull in email only from this point forward. But it's pulling in everything starting back in 2008. Disappearing inbox
We have IMAP turned on and our mail client is Windows Mail on Vista. All of the Zoho folders show up in the client except the inbox. When I right click on the Zoho folder, then select IMAP folders, the inbox is in the list. I can "Go To" the inbox and it will be visible until the next mail refresh or until I close & re-open the mail client. The inbox folder then disappears again and I have to repeat the process to get it to reappear. Que Pasa? Thanks.
