Adding Notes to Task Templates
Is there a function where we can add notes to the task template - so when we use that template that note will be attached?

Should be able to remove a user from notify list on a Forum thread
It appears that once a user is included in the list of those to be notified by email when a new post or reply is made to a Forum thread, they can't be removed from the list. Additional users can be added to the list at any time, but once added, they can not be removed, which is unfortunate. I even tried removing the user from the project, and then adding her back, and when she was added back to the project she again appeared in the notify list for the thread. I need to have this user on the project,
Problem in adding task list through API
Is milestone id is necessary to add the task list through API? If i add tasklist from site it not asking for it.
Report time on all projects' completed tasks
Hi The integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books is not scalable. At the moment, in Zoho Books you have to manually select a project in order to generate an invoice. I have 300 clients, 300 projects. In any given week, we do work for 10 projects (depending on who requests work). How the hell do we find those 10 projects in the Zoho Projects list? I don't mind manually making the 10 invoices, but we just need a simple way to grab the list of work done. Thanks Brendon
Recurring an entire project month to month
I am new to Zoho and am using the free 30-day trial to see if your software will do what I am looking for. I am wanting to setup projects, milestones to be completed within the projects, tasks to be completed within the milestones, and then have the entire project recur in the same order the following month. For example: My project is "General Ledger Month-end close". One of several milestone under that project may be "Balance Bank Statement". I would then list several tasks that needed to be done

Idea: Change task name from within task
Would be very useful to be able to change the task name whilst you are in the actual task entry, rather than having to come out to the parent list (either milestone or task list), just to change the name. thanks paul

dependency view only for dates?
Is there anyway to list all tasks in dependency rather than just those with dates? or is there a single page where I can set task dates? I am a chaos to order style worker, so what I do is throw in all my tasks and ideas and then date and link them all later. Is there an efficient way to do this? dependency view seems like a good place to do it. i.e. have a list of all your tasks, throw in dates and dependence all on one screen. Odesk Integration with log hours in Zoho Projects
It would be really cool if the Zoho Projects would integrate with Odesk for a couple of things. 1. That we can create contractor users right out of ODesk and the ability to have the hours that the contractor logs in Odesk automatically update the Zoho projects hours log.

Changing date format has no effect
Evaluating Zoho to see if it will work for my company and noticed that even though I am the admin, changing the date format has no effect on the dates that are displayed, e.g. in the gantt view. In Canada we use month-day-year and that's what I've selected, but dates still show as day-month-year. I read another posting on this topic, but it was four years old and there was no indication of a resolution. Is this a known issue? Thanks.
Milestone date in Gantt view disagrees with date on Milestone tab
I am evaluating Zoho to see if it will work for our company, and have noticed that the end date of a milestone in the gantt view disagrees with the end date on the milestone itself, if I edit the end date. For example: - I have a milestone with start/end dates of July 27/July 28. The mouse-over text in the gantt view agrees. - Edit the end date to be July 29. The gantt view mouse-over text has an end date of July 30. Why? - Edit the end date back to July 28. Now the gantt view mouse-over text

since zoho project forum e-mails are not compatible with gmail, can the From address be configured?

Hi, I'm using the API to extract all tasks that are not completed. However, the function of the API is not able to retrieve only the "not completed" tasks. The API retrieves every Task.
