Can I upload my sales data into your application?
You can very well upload your Sales data using Import feature available in our application. The data has to be either in CSV or XLS format. You can use "Import My Potentials" or "Import My Organization Potentials" link available under Potential Tools section in Potentials Tab. It can also be accessible from SetUp -> Import Tools . Great Product I have two Questions 1. I want to Manually Backup the CRM Data. What Folder(s) do I backup? 2. I want to Add a Field in the Invoice or Quotes Modules and have it Printed with all Created Invoices or Quotes. How do I do this?
invoice modification
We do a lot of consulting. Some of our billings are for fees, not products. I looking at the invoice functions, it does not appear that one can modify the invoice structure to work with fees, as the 'product details' field cannot be removed or modify. Thus, the invoice shows up with Product Name, Quantity, Unit Price, List Price etc., which are not appropriate for consulting fee billings. Did I miss something or is this set up for product-based invoicing only? Thanks

I have just installed the free version of CRM for testing. I've configured the outbound SMTP server and each time I create a new user nothing gets emailed to the email ID provided. Hi I have just downloaded your program CRM 5 but I am struggling to get it to work. The furthest I got was a 'command prompt page' with the message: Problems connecting to server. Press any key to continue...' When I did so that page dissappeared and there was no further activity. Creating Open Potentials view
How to create my Open Potentials View: Default list view (All Potentials) displays all the potentials under various stages. Slow or Not Responding
When I am uploading a document or attachment, the system fails to respond and becomes very slow. Additionally, it takes a long time for the system to post changes to the a record. I really like the system but if it takes 20 mins to enter 3 contacts its not worth it.
