Hello, In reports How can a user find how many number of leads/ account / potentials are located in a particular country/ city or state? e.g. If I want to search all the leads/ potentials in NSW, or in Melbourne city can I get a list? If I define stages to my potentials such as In discussion/ proposal submitted / Contract signed etc. with probability . How in the reports section in potentials can the Manager user see all his potentials grouped by stage. e.g if I want to find how many leads potentials

Layout of columns in search results
I know how to customize which columns appear in Search Results. What I can't figure out is how to change the position of the columns in the Search Results. ex. Full Name cannot be de-selected and any other field added to the Search layout will appear to the left of (i.e. before) the full name column so if I also want to see Account, Email, Phone .. the easiest field to match to (Full Name) is forced to the far right. Instead, I want full name to appear in the far left.

This is what I have so far, I get my leads in the "lead modules" and once they take an appointment for a treatment so I convert them to contacts. I generate events for each "Treatment seassion" in order to get it in the calendar. Data retaining - converting to free edition
I am currently using a trial version of Zoho CRM professional edition. What will happen with the details I have entered once the trial period expires? Will I lose all my data or would they be retained even if it is converted to the Free Edition? Trial Edition and Free Edition differs only in numbers of users can login into Zoho CRM software. auto populate 'rating' in Accounts when Lead converted
Is it possible to auto-populate the Rating in an account when converting a lead. This is a required field when creating a new account but is easily missed when a lead is converted. My sales team will often miss this information when converting an account.

Hi I am trying to get the Forecasting to work on my system, I have set the targets etc. However when I run the computation it does not show anything achieved. Hi, I want to import some leads from a CSV file. Should be easy, except ZoHo is miscounting the populated rows. It says I have over 1000 rows, when I only have a few hundred rows populated rows. So will not import the data. How do I overcome this problem? Thanks, Chris

Stateless Forms into CRM
Hi, I have a Stateless Form in a creator app which I would to have accessible from Zoho CRM so that the people in charge of acting on this form can do everything from CRM. When in CRM I import a form from Creator I can see the Stateless form but when I reach the configuration of "Share" it tells me that I can't share it with CRM users. I imagine the problem is linked to the form being Stateless but is there any way I can make it work? Thanks! Andrea

My company issues alphanumeric account numbers. Rather than try to get a Fortune 200 company to overhaul their system, I was hoping for a way to get Zoho to accept letters, not just numbers. Any ideas?

Hello , I need the ability that 1. Only the admin user can export/print the leads and contacts . No other user should be able to do that . If there is some option is that feature available for all the versions or only for some specific versions 2. Accept for the Admin user no one should be able to delete the leads, again if there is some option please specify the versions. 3. Browser Verification isn't working correctly
For some reason my browser verification process isn't working. The Zoho message indicates the verification will last for 180 days on that given browser but I'm having to verify each time I open the browser.

Hello there, I have the following inquiry: When somebody sends me an email and there is another contact cc’d in this email, when I sync the email to the CRM it adds the email to the primary contact who sent it but it does not add it to the secondary contact who was cc’d in it. Please advise, how can I achieve that when syncing emails they are send to all the contacts included in the email? Thank you!
