I can't see other participants cameras when I'm using the app.

I am currently using GoToMeeting / GotoWebinar and Instant Presenter. Each has features the other doesn't. I would like to switch to Zoho Meeting as I use many of Zoho's application. My questions are: 1) I hold 4 weekly webinars on the same days and I advertise those meetings with a Static Meeting Id and all my prospective clients can always click on the same link for all 4 meetings anytime in the future. When users are calling into a meeting @ 408-469-4614, the call in users cannot be heard.
