Dependency mapping field option not showing

As the title states, I received an error message when I tried to add more than 15 images to a note. I was taking notes as I watched a webinar and was adding screen shots from the webinar to a note. Zoho, I found out the hard way during a training today that no matter what Module you are working in and creating an account or a Potential should you Navigate away by clicking on another module the system will not warn you that you have un-saved data. At minimum it should at least warn you that you are leaving this page. Just like what is done during the editing of a form. This should be standard in any CRM. Can this be fixed? Thanks John

When a status has not outgoing transition to closed status says this. You have one or more status with no outgoing transition to the closed status. This is correct but when the status has already a common transition on it says the same. Why? The common transition creates a path to close.
