Custom function connection with Zoho Creator
Hello, I am using a custom function to GET RECORDS on a APP that i have in zoho creator. This function allways worked, but now it gives the error: "No. of arguments mismatch for the integration function 'zoho.creator.getrecords' at line number 3. Resolve the errors and try again" So i fixed by inserting the rest of the params (index, limit and connection name), so my function is like this now: getrecord = zoho.creator.getRecords("roboplan_zoho","planeamento-plano-b","Tasks_Report","Task_ID ==test",1,10,"creator");

Zoho CRM Calendar / Zoho Calendar Sync not adding events to which I am added
Hello, I have Zoho CRM Calendar synced with Zoho Calendar. When I create an Event in my calendar and I add another User as a Participant, the Event appears in the other User's Zoho CRM Calendar. This is fine and works as expected. When the other User views their Zoho Calendar, the new Event has not synced (I wait extended periods of time to allow the sync to happen.) Events created by the other User do sync across, so this problem seems particular to Events to which the User is invited not syncing

Trying to create a form that displays all active deals for that contact and allows them to update some fields.
I will explain what I am trying to do even further. So we have a deals module and in our CRM there are around 60 Franchisee Owners. Each deal is attached to a Franchisee Owner and are in certain stages (example: Appt Scheduled, Deal Lost, etc.). I am trying to build a form that displays the Company Name. Multiple chats going direct to missed
Hello Zoho Community. In the lasy 3 or 4 months I've been trying to solve something that it seems to be impossible. A lot of chats that my end-users opens are going directly to missed or popping into as notifications and suddenly disappearing even if my operators are online. I sincerely do not know what else I could do to solve it. I've tried SalesIQ app and its very glitched, tried enabling all popups / notifications on my browser and yet this keeps occuring. updateRelatedRecord does not overwrite CRM list
I am using the following command to replace the contents of a related list in the CRM with those of my own list. updateCRM = zoho.crm.updateRelatedRecord("Products",productID.toLong(),"Accounts",input.Account_ID.toLong(),Map:String({"Products":subList})); It adds the records of my list that are not in the CRM list just fine, but it does not remove the records not present in my list. In other words, It's adding the new records I want but not removing the old ones. Does anyone know if there is a way

HI I tried Bigin today, on a 1200px wide screen. It seems the tool bar doesn't like so much tiny screen, all button are mixed up. I guess some design should be redone :) regards

All my team 8 people, having the same issue. We can't download and view our attachment from our Zoho mail. We request Zoho mail could soft the issue ASAP. Create chat from TASK
When i create a cliq chat from TASK there is a hue problem, the other peroson can not see the task source of the chat. Have you considered the ability to add tags when a record is being created? It takes 6 clicks to ad a Tag after the original creation.
Why is most of my mail going to two folders I did not create; ZMN Notifications and ZMN Newsletter?
I am the president of my HOA and have our google.groups messages forwarded to my zoho mail. After receiving multiple angry calls that I was ignoring them, I found all the emails, as well as about 90% of my other inbound email, in a folder called "ZMN Newsletter" I did not create these folders?? If I move all the mail to my inbox and delete the folders, will my email start going back to my inbox? Mark Gray
Add social icons (wherever we want)
Hi, I would like to add social icons (Twitter, LinkedIn ...) that link to my social profiles on the footer. I added my profile accounts to the Parameters > Configure > Social Profiles but the icons are only appearing at the top of the page. Mail Filter Forward not working
I have a Filter in Zoho Mail that is set up to catch a particular phrase in my mail subject and take action. It should forward the email to another Zoho email address (another domain), mark the email as read and move it to another folder. However, it fails to forward the email, but does mark it as read and moves it to the other folder. Am I missing something in the setup?

Need help RE-connecting a credit card account to import transactions
About three weeks ago, Books stopped importing transactions into three accounts. Books disconnected from all three, and I do not know why. No passwords had been changed. I used to be able to link my Zoho CRM Leads, COntacts, and Companies to Twitter, FaceBook, and Google+ profiles. Now only Twitter ever finds possible matches to associate. Creating Client Project WITHOUT Adding Client User
Hi there! I'm trying to add a Project to a Client Contact. I do NOT want that Client to have access to the project. When copying a Zoho sheet file within Zoho, the copied file loses its data validation and conditional formatting
Hello, When I copy a Zoho Sheet file (which contains some cell data validations, conditional formatting and simple formula's) within the same Zoho project folder, the copied has lost it's data validation on some fields and in some cases the formula's cell references have been incremented, meaning I have to do redo a lot of the work again. Is this an existing issue or is there another process I should be using within Zoho when copying files? Many thanks!
Error when deleting Product
Hello, i am currently trying to setup Zoho Bigin. Now I´ve added all of the products my company sells, including ones i personally have nothing to do with. Now i want to delete them to keep it more simple, but get the error message that the products are connected to a deal and therefore they can not be deleted. Only Problem is, there is no deal in the deals module. In the beginning i set up some fictitious deals to check how the system works, but after that i deleted them all.
