Hello! I would like to connect our contacts in the CRM with their profiles in Facebook. How can we achieve this? Is there a way to do it through the likes in our Facebook page? So far, I have been only able to match with contacts or leads that sent us a direct message via facebook. Most of our contacts do not contact us that way but then they go and like our page. hard time accessing crmplus
I have had a hard time accessing crmplus since yesterday. When I try to access any of the crmplus services I have a timeout. Apparently, it's https://js.zohocdn.com/ that is at issue. mailchimp verify domain not working
Hello I'm trying to verify my domain at mailchimp and it dont work. daddyz.co.il I dont get any email to my zoho account. I tried lower firewall setting at zoho. adding mailchimp email and domain to white-list. sending to different aliases. spf and dkim working good. I get email from other places with no problem. Email Compose Check Spelling Broke
I have 1 report of this and I have reproduced it in Chrome and MS Edge. Anyone seeing this same issue? 1 In the CRM, Click on the the send email button for a contact record. 2 Type some text in the body of the email. 3 Click the SpellCheck button at the bottom right of this compose window. All the content in the body disappears. (Makes for a short email) LOL

Hi, I noticed emails stopped arriving a few hours ago. I've checked in mail settings and all the Pop accounts are showing 'Connection Refused' or 'Connection Timeout'. The default ordering for an embed code or public link is modified by. We have a lot of folders and require them to be defaulted to be ordered by Name, this doesnt seem possible and makes using the embed codes rather difficult. They are in fact not email-addresses belonging to groups, but individuals whose email addresses just happen to be like that. I am unable to use the Tab key to indent the bullet points But, I am able To do it here With the Tab key In the Article, i Increase Indent button, which is a horrible user experience in September 2020. Why do generated Xero Analytics aggregate formula default to $
I've just started using Zoho Analytics and have connected to Xero. Seems to be working ok, but annoyingly all the auto-generated Aggregate Formula are set to use $ as their formating, despite our Xero being in £. All the tables have GBP as the currency, it's just the aggregate formula that are wrong - but as most reporting (charts) use the aggregate formula, every chart has $ rather than £. I've worked out how to change this on a case by case basis, but it's a pain to have to do it for every one.

problem in Campaign Preview
Hi, Something strange with the preview panel of a cloned campaign, it doesn't display the correct data. In the preview panel, the displayed content is a part of a previous campaign and a part of the new campaign. If I update the campaign content, close the campaign and open it again the content was updated. But If I want to preview the campaign and if I send a test campaign the content is wrong.bIf I create a model from that campaign, the model seems not be right created. I obtain a :-( Very Strange!
