Import Calls - Zoho CRM - Does not import Account and Contact information
Can anyone help? I want to use Zoho for my business and have migrated some sample Accounts and sample Contacts related to those Accounts using the import tools, without any problems. I have then tried to migrate the Calls related to those Accounts and Contacts and keep hitting a problem: I am able to import the Calls but the related Account and Contact information does not import so I am left with Calls that are not related. The Account (Related To) and Contact fields remain blank! To check that
Booking marked as payment failed, yet the paypal transaction is all OK
Hi, We have a booking, that the customer booked online paid £10 via payment portal. I checked the booking in the diary it was not there.. so looked at the appointment and it says "Payment Failed" I went to PayPal and the transaction is all OK, Marked as Completed on my account. I cannot see how to override this and mark it as paid? Help please so I can secure her slot. Thanks Barry

Validation On submit work flow action script is not working
For some reason, validation on submit work flow action is not triggered from any of my creator applications. It stopped working from 9th June 12 am IST. Without validation records are inserted into the report on form submit. I checked this even with simple alert box but still the alert box is not even popped while submit. Can someone help please.

Flow executing twice
I've got several flows trigged by Zoho Sign events that post messages to a public Slack channel. Every time they trigger the flows execute twice. The double executions list in the Task History as two entries either at exactly the same time or one second apart This seems only to happen with Zoho Sign events. I've tried deleting and rebuilding the flows and still get the same problem. I'd be very grateful for any ideas. Thanks
Zoho Mail Desktop and Web Not Working
For the last week or two, both ZOHO Mail desktop client and ZOHO Mail Web client have not been working. After logging in - both mail clients hang at the 'Loading ... <my email address> screen (screen shot below), the icons are rotating visually. Tried calling support, but they are currently too busy - can't email you because my email isn't working.
Flow fails with error "integration disabled in showtime"
I have built a flow to automatically add registration to a Showtime Remote Session. The flow is triggered when a Zoho Form is submitted and the details submitted are used to register the person to the session. While the Test & Debug shows that the flow works, the live flow always fails with the error message "integration disabled in showtime." Appreciate assistance in getting this integration working.

SalesIQ chat widget won't show with my website's font
hey guys, i love this software but this will not show properly on my site. sometimes it does show with the right font, but most of the times (different browsers, computers etc) it will show in some ugly random font. my website is built in wordpress and it's address is: www.artwayz.com can i somehow force the font on the widget? maybe insite the code itself or something? thanks!
Can't Get A Email To Save My Life
this is just ridiculous, I can send emails but never receive any emails at all. I set everything up and when you call they act like they dont know their own service. How do i get this to work. Definitely need a much better customer service if your going to be in a niche that needs so much support. Im pissed

Can't Email Zoho Finance Estimate from CRM
I have Zoho One, and have integrated Zoho Books with the CRM. Everything works fine for me (I am the Super Administrator). Security for all modules is set to Read/Write/Delete, and Zoho Finance is turned on in the security settings. I have other users with Manager > Standard access. When they create an Estimate through the CRM link and then try to email it, they get the error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator." Auto populate a field in the event based on values from another field
The scenario with me today is that I have a table which looks like this Field A Field B Field C a1 b1 c1 a2 b2 c2 In the event section, I would like to just fill in Field A .. Field B and Field C should get populated based on mapping of Field A Example I fill in a1 and for Field B and C they should get auto populated as b1 and c1 respectively. How do I do it ?
Zoho Finance Permissions Missing from Security Profiles
We have Zoho Finance Enabled to integrate with Zoho Books. It all is working as expected. I need to edit security profiles to limit who can see Finance from the related lists for accounts and Contacts. I do not see finance listed in any of the security profiles as per the setup instructions. Does anyone have an explanation?

Viewing Layout
I am the Administrator and the User I have created 3 new Layouts for Leads. When I create a Lead it asks me which Layout do I want to use for the Lead. No problem that works fine. I have also created a few test Blueprints that seem to working fine. My problem is I can not select the different views when I open up a Lead. When I open up an old lead I do not see the choice to use a different view. Before I created the most recent layout which has a unique field I could see all the Layouts. Now I can't

Writer Desktop for Windows - Move file not working.
Hi, Just spotted an issue with the Windows installed version of Writer .... click the folder next to the title and the Move dialogue appears but there is no content in it. Tried with multiple Writer files. See screen grab. Works fine on the web.... just in the installed app. Best Regards Jon

Can't create new user on domain email on Zoho
I moved my domain email, pervisim.com to Zoho and am wanting to create user accounts. In the control panel there is only one option "Add" and no "Create". When i add the mail account, pat.stevenson@pervisim.com, it tries to send an invite to this email address which of course won't work. How can I fix this?

Critical Delay: 1 hour to receive an e-mail
Hi, I'm Receiving e-mails and it's delayed about 1 hour to be at inbox, but for sending e-mails it's OK, once I could see it on Yahoo's Inbox about 1 minute after clicking on send button. See the attachments with the tests (but I guess you might check on server side, using better tools, isn't it?) I can't work with so slow e-mail like that! i was intending to migrate from Free Gmail account wich delays 15 min. but ZOHO is WORSE!! Is there a solution for it? Thank you!

Hi - I've shared my app with a colleague (she is a user). After she logs in with her own credentials, zoho.loginuser still shows my details. Also I noticed she has a button to log out my profile while she is logged in. I don't assume this is normal behavior?
Bank feed connected but not syncronising
Hello, I have had my bank connected to ZB for a couple of months now. All has been fine until this week. since the 5th of this month ZB has stopped syncing with my bank. I click sync and get the notification but nothing happens. I have tried to deactivated feed then activate again but no luck. Any help?
