Buenos días. Tengo el siguiente inconveniente: Los Mails que envío desde mi cuenta de Zoho a cualquier otro proveedor llegan como Spam. En Gmail entran en la bandeja general pero con un signo de pregunta y una leyenda de "Gmail no pudo verificar que xxxxxxx.com.ar fuera el verdadero remitente del mensaje y no un spamer". Y en Outlook aparecen directamente en la bandeja de spam. El dominio lo hice con nic.ar y el web hosting con tiendanube.com donde ya cargue el spf del tutorial (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html)

I'm unable to insert my email templates
A day ago it was working to click the "Insert HTML" button to load my email templates. Today when I was trying to insert my email template via the "insert HTM" button when I click the "insert" button after the template doesn't load and it says, "[object HTMLBodyElement]". Why isn't it showing my email template as it did before. Someone please help me as this is urgent I need these emails to work for communicating with my customers. Thanks in advance.
Reset and Submit button not working
I am having an issue with the form Reset button and Submit button. Both work in the application however, on on the published link neither button works correctly. The Reset button will not reset the form. The Submit button sends the data in the form to the report but it does not reset the form and give the "Successful Submission" message. creator window for custom function is not launched in zoho mail filter
I used Creator function yesterday in Zoho mail and it worked without any problem, but Creator window can not be launched now when I clicked Custom Function select drop-box in Filter setting. is there any issue with Custom Function or Creator function today? Thanks.

IMAP login / sessions history not available
Typically I'm unable to know where are users connecting from when using IMAP. If they login on the Web then it's visible on Device Sign-Ins, Active Sessions, Activity History, etc. This is a big security limitation. Is it a temporary problem? In the same field, Application-Specific Passwords show the creation date but don't show the last login time/agent header/ip address. For security review and revocation they are not so useful.
Firefox Add-On Not Working?
Hi there, I'm trialing Zoho Vault and I'm finding that the Firefox addon is neither filling nor logging into sites that I have saved. Here are some details: I have tested with Chrome and I experience no issues; everything works well I'm using the latest version of the Firefox 56.0.2 (64-bit) and the Zoho Vault Addon The Zoho icons show up, and I'm able to see the "Fill" and "Login" buttons, but when I click them nothing happens We primarily use Firefox, so it would be great if this could work! Add LEAD to an existing CONTACT
Hello Everyone! Is it possible to add a new lead to an existing contact? We sometimes have people who reach out to us for multiple services throughout the year. I don't want the team to create a duplicate contact for someone who is existing. We typically only convert a LEAD to an OPPORTUNITY (DEAL) when we are able to schedule a service appointment. So, is this possible? I have tried to add a lead to an existing contact by using the related list but it doesnt give me the "+" option. Thank you.

n months ago custom filter in reports, filtering wrong data
i have 3 data in 01-May-2020 08:00, 31-May-2020 08:20 and 20-May-2020 18:10. now, so in June, with filtering that with 1 month ago filter, i get only 01-May-2020 08:00 and 20-May-2020 18:10. if the filter 1 month ago means 30 days ago, 20May should not be in the results too. And if the filter means the month just before this month like i want, all 3 records must be shown. What is the problem here?

I am trying to add a new user to Zoho Mail from the control panel with an email address such as person@mydomain.com, but every time I enter the name, email, and password, and click "Ok" it says the user has been invited, instead of just adding them. Não conseguimos receber qualquer email, assim como a grande maioria dos enviados não chega aos destinatários. Hello, could you please do something about the overview of received applications in the Approve Candidates section? It is a real mess at the moment, not showing to which job opening the candidate applied, when, etc. (I know the view is the same as the All Candidates view, but each of the views requires different columns). New Gantt chart zoom and fit to size are terrible
It looks like Zoho has been rolling out some UI updates to the Gantt Chart report, which is good to see since we use this report a lot in our consulting work. The new solid bars for task duration are a nice visual improvement. However, the new Zoom and Fit to Size tool is a big step backwards.... Unfortunately, this new interface requires many more clicks for us to zoom out to see the full project lifespan, whereas with the old "click to fit" scale we could just click on the bottom of the scale
