Our Email address tony one got IP blocked. can you unblock this email address? I've already sent email to support<at>zoho<dot>com, but I haven't got reply from zoho support team.
Agents cannot send email when there is an attachment
When our agents attach a file to a ticket and send a reply to the email, it does not get sent. There are no error messages. But they can send a reply to the ticket when there are no attachments.
Redirect to A New Form (Without Submit & Reset buttons)
I have created a form for covid-19 contact tracing. Form is working well, after scanning QR code. Now I want to redirect the form, after successful submission, to a 'stateless form' that display the information keyed-in earlier. 1) My idea is create workflow to redirect to another from (2nd form). Problem is, I can't hide button SUBMIT & RESET in the 2nd form. How do I do that? The 2nd form is to display information only. 2) Any alternate solution? So im trying to update records in zoho creator from zoho crm using the function zoho.creator.updaterecords; im getting this message : {"message":"View name is either invalid or not present.","status":"Failure"}. Problem with copying text cards with images from Notebook to Writer
Hello, when i copy a text card with images from notebook to writer, they copy as "fit to width" instead of original size, so they get distorted and i need to manually correct them by selecting the image and going to "image->dimensions->original size". If it's one image it is not such a problem, but when there are numerous images (for example a web clip), it becomes impractical to do that for every image. insertCSV - Blank Fields
I am writing a bunch of CRM fields in to a CSV using the insertCSV function. My issue is if the field is blank. Instead of inserting nothing, it inserts the word "null". I've tried using zoho.sheet.replace(sheetid,"worksheet","null","") but this gives me an error - it doesn't like replacing with "". Is there a way to insert nothing if the field is blank? Any thoughts?

I can't use Referrer Name in a form field or calculation
Thanks to Manish's help, I have now got the Referrer Name field to record the URL of the page that called up a form, e.g. https://domain/gated-content/?source=lbbo-department. DKIM not included via Zoho SMTP
If I use the zoho web client to send mail it includes a valid DKIM, but if I send by an external client via zoho smtp no DKIM is included in the email header. A friend recently told me that she couldn't reply to some of my emails because they were bounced back to her as Spam, but she could send a reply (that reached me) if she first deleted the part that was my original email to her. Comment section displaying differently in emails.
I've got a comment section that when viewed in any of out Kanban reports, displays line breaks, formatting, etc. However, when certain actions trigger a send mail command the formatting isn't reflected in the email. Is there any way for me to keep the formatting that the user set when adding to the comment section, and have that reflected in the email? Currently the email only displays the text. DKIM Authentication
I have followed all the instructions and I still cannot get my DKIM to validate. I also get different domain keys depending if I am validating from campaigns or from emails. Either way I have added both keys to DNS but still not validating. It says DKIM record missing. I need urgent help, I have a launch going out tomorrow.

Blueprint transition owner added - but not allowed to execute transition
We've been working with Blueprint for some time now. Due to a change in staff, I've added a new agent as transition owner to several existing Blueprint transitions. However, the newly added colleague still can't see the transition options in the existing tickets. If we open the flowchart, his name doesn't show either. Will he only be able to transition the tickets that have been raised AFTER the Blueprint change? In my opition, that would defeat the purpose of allowing changes to the Blueprint permissions

Hi, Since today is not possible publish to Zoho Social using the Chrome extension. Works fine from the web, only from the Extension is not possible. When we click in "Publish now", nothing happends. Zoho CRM lookup field not working in published app
I have published an app to my website using the iframe embed. However when I go to use the app the CRM lookup field wont allow me to select a record. The lookup field opens in a new window and I can see down the bottom a javascript; note. I have configured update the MX records, SPF and DKIM as per the guidelines and I have all the ticks checked under the domain verification yet am not receiving emails. Emails are bouncing back to any of my domain recipient. Dear all, It has been a topic in almost every Zoho app topic, but this is a large general problem: default Zoho fonts have no Cyrillic support, so ALL the potential customers using Cyrillic systems, who try Zoho producs are usually scared right away: Times New Roman (or alike) instead of beautiful Sans font everywhere.
