New Login Acitivity -> Block
Constantly getting New Login activity emails these last few days which after a while lead to the account being blocked. Anybody else experiencing this ? Have scanned pc for malware / viruses Used strong passwords. Within minutes of changing password and unblocking account, the same is happening over and over again. Getting ridiculous now and wandering if Zoho system is compromised somehow.

Signup Forms - Background Image Does Not Save
I am editing a popup template (the one with the piggy bank). I customize everything, including the background image. I click "save and proceed." Unattended Access not working
Click on Connect and it comes up with Please wait Starting Support Session Trouble is, it never goes any further. Same issue on multiple sites. With the Covid-19 crisis this is disasterous and I would have expected Zoho to have some sort of acknowledgement of the issue on their website. Hello, I'm having problems when I type my website in as just bethconley.com. The website doesn't come up, it just stays on the loading screen forever. It doesn't happen all the time, but I would say it happens about 80% of the time now. If I type it in as www.bethconley.com, it always comes up. Is there a setting I need to change to fix this? Email Opens are Tracked from My Own Inbox

Events don't show up in participant contact records
I do not use Zoho email to issue invitations to participants for events, so I have to add them to the event after the event has taken place. I can add people as participants, but when I look at their contact records, the event does not show up.

Dear reader, We have big problems getting e-mail from ZOHO CRM delivered. A lot of the e-mails send from the CRM to multiple recipients is placed in de SPAM folder from our clients. We have placed the underneath mentioned DKIM signatures for notifications.zohocrm.com, sender.zohocrm.com and mailer.zohocrm.com in our DNS. We have added the SPF with the transmail.net domain. Should we consider adding a DMARC policy? What is best practice? How to adjust the ZOHO CRM for this? Please help, this is disrupting

CRM lookup fields in creator show some bugs while searching
I have a lookup field in creator that integrates with contacts module. When I'm searching for certain names of contacts, it doesn't find these contacts by their full name. If I search only for some words of the last name i can find them, but not always. It also seems to be random, some contacts I can search by their full names, others I can't.
