Access Token/Refresh Token are not being associated with currentUserEmail
I'm working on integrating the Zoho PHP SDK and while I have gotten the Oauth2 flow set up and the database persistence working, it seems that whenever it attempts to utilize the stored Refresh Token to refresh the Access Token it is failing. This seems to be occurring because when the Refresh and Access Tokens are initially created, a useridentifier is not being saved in the database. When the Tokens are being initially generated and saved, the useridentifier is set by checking who the Access Token

I was hoping someone could provide further information on the purpose and use of this key. Cannot Copy and Paste into Task Comments Field

Winmail.dat in my mails
Hello. There are two mailing tools in our compane - Outlook & Zoho Mail. When I receive a mail from person with Outlook, an appointment inside is in Winmail.dat. But other recepients with Zoho receive appointment as it should be. What is the problem with my account? Thank you
CRM API not using persistence_handler_class
hi, i have a client working that connects with the CRM PHP API. I have my OAuthtokens in the db, that does work. Now i want to use my own class extending ZohoOAuthPersistenceHandler. so i set: 'token_persistence_path' => '', 'persistence_handler_class' => 'MyOAuthPersistenceHandler', But that class is not getting used, still the ZohoOAuthPersistenceHandler is used. If i look over your existing CRM PHP API code i do not see any code setting my persistence_handler_class. Is this setting not yet supported
ZOHO mail is very slow, and often timing out.
It seems that many people have the same problem. Some ZOHO staff have reported that the problem has been identified and solved. But at least for me it is still continuing. Zoho freezing immediately after connecting to clients
Not sure why...but Zoho Assist is freezing immediately after connecting to clients. It seems to only happen to clients that are on a WiFi connection at their office. The wired PCs connect and do not freeze. UPDATE:: I closed all browser windows with Zoho and cleared my browser cache and that seems to have taken care of it. Strange that it only affected laptops on WiFi and strange that my cache would affect that at all.
Large folders dont seem to be replicating correctly

For the past week or so, my zoho mail has been hanging on the loading screen when using the web browser. I have tried two different browsers - Chrome and Edge, and it does this on both. Can't edit animation - just get reload screen
I am unable to edit any animation - just keep getting the reload screen. If I add animation it doesn't show up in the animation pane until I click away and then come back to it - as soon as I click on the X to remove the animation the whole page crashes
Zoho Writer Merge & Sign Issue
Hi, I am using the writer application and using it to merge data from a csv into a document template, and then send that for sign. My issue is that when I click 'Configure Sign Workflow' and the Merge And Sign popup comes up, I want to check off 'Remember these settings for future merges'. However, when I check this off, the next time I go to do a merge the settings are not remembered. Is this a glitch, or am I doing it wrong?

I can't add a mobile number in my contact sheets

New staff not getting invitation emails
Hi, When i create new staff they do not receive the invitation email when we create them using our work email. However they do get the invitation if we use an @gmail.com address.
