Change email address in Zoho account
Hello, We have 2 different Zoho accounts and we're trying to add users in Company 1 to Company 2. Each user has been assigned a Company2 e-mail address. However, one of the users have their Company1 email address registered to Company2 and there has been a conflict adding them to Zoho Apps saying that the "User is already present in another account". I also got another error message but I'm not sure where I can remove the user from other Zoho Meeting Organizations: Is there a way I can change the

Calendar invites not going to gmail
Hi, I have setup several invites over past couple of months from my Zoho calendar and none of them were delivered to gmail users. Have tried sending them to 2 gmail users, with no success. However, same invite goes out to other domains. Cant find invites in gmail spam folder either. so guessing that they are not getting delivered. Please help. Thanks

Workflow is passing wrong id
I have a workflow that is triggered when a new object is created in a custom module. That workflow fires of a custom function where I'm passing what is supposed to be the id of that object. Project Manager from Zoho People is not reflected as Project Head in Zoho Expense
Hi there. It is awesome that Zoho has integration between People and Expense. However, I noticed that the project manager in People is not reflected as the Project Head in Expense. To make things worse, I can't set the Project Head manually in Expense as an error says I am not allowed to make any changes to the data that have been fetched directly from People. This is frustrating me to the core as the Project Head is vital in the approval flow that I have set up. Do help, ASAP!

Populate records on imported tables from MS Access
Hi I imported 2 tables from MS Access into Zoho creator. One table whose form was the main form and the other table formed the basis of the subfrom in MS Access. re-adding a blacklisted email address with client permission
I have two email addresses that Hard bounced back in 2017 when it looks like Zoho Campaigns got themselves offside with Symantec.Cloud, who my client uses for an email gateway. The have long since whitelisted the zcsend.net domain with Symantec. Are we able to try and pull the email addresses out of our campaign manager’s suppressed list and back into active? I really need to be able to contact these people?
Logging incoming calls on iPhone.
Hi Community Has anyone been able to solve the problem of iphone not being able to pickup incoming calls (or SMS) in the Zoho CRM app? I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I don't believe it's because "Apple has locked it down" as Zoho states, otherwise the PBX systems wouldn't work either. Who is the guru who can solve this?

Chat forward operation waits indefinitely for operator to pick up
In my bot, visitor can elect to speak to an operator. In that case, I've programmed the bot to forward the chat. However, I've noticed that in the event that an operator is marked as available but unable to accept the chat, the chat will continue waiting forever. Is there a way to set a time limit for how long a visitor is kept waiting? I don't want them to wait so long that they leave the website. Or ideally, these chats can be sent to the "Missed Chats" category.
Creator 5 reverting to Creator 4
Hey, All of my companies apps keep reverting to Creator 4. We starting using Zoho after Creator 5 was already implemented so none of our apps have ever been on Creator 4. We went to edit the forms and they forced us to "Move to the New Builder" and they moved us to Creator 5... the only one we have ever used. Zoho Forms to CRM to Desk Integration
Hello, I've created a Form and integrated it to CRM. Now I want CRM to push it to Desk so I had synced both CRM and Desk. I was able to create a test enquiry in Forms and it successfully pushed through CRM. However, this test enquiry does not appear in Desk. I made sure that there is a two-way sync with CRM and Desk and selected all CRM related list. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Sales order placeholder displays only english format despite german settings
Hi, When using the %SO_Adjustment% placeholder in a Sales Order custom layout. the figure is displayed in english format, were other placeholders are displayed using the country format (here german) In this example : subtotal, total, shipping charges are displaying the german number format (comma for decimal). But Adjustment is displaying a period and 3 decimal. See screenshot. Please correct or tell my which placeholder is to be used to have the correct display. Thanks

Query Table does not update with new data in dashboard
Hello, I'm using the On-Premises version of Zoho. I create two Query Tables that gets updated each week. Both of them are not refreshed automatically with the new data in the dashboard. When i select the query, the data shows the previous week, and when I go to "Edit Design" and "Execute Query" I see the updated data. Close Date for a Deal Within Chat
I've had a chat with a new visitor, she asked about a sale, I gave a quote and said would send her an estimate. Right from the chat screen (on a PC) I want to enter her as a potential deal. Its statuses presumes pre-closing stages like qualification, negotiation, etc. Yet, a field for "Close date" is mandatory. How can such date be existent if the deal is still in pre-closing? Can you make it not mandatory to save the common sense?
