Problem with fetching Tasks module
Hello, I am working as a developer for Leadfeeder. We noticed a strange behavior for one of our customers. When we run synchronization, we fetch information about the Zoho configuration. Some emails not being retrived.
Out of the last 10 emails we have had through to our support mailbox in the last 2 hours, only 5 have been converted to tickets. All the senders were internal, and we've even had one user send 2 emails within 10 minutes and one went through and another didnt. One of the tickets that did get created came through an hour late, all the rest were created within a minute of the emial being received. This only seems to have started this morning. Lack of REAL Round Robin Assignment
It is absolutely despicable that Zoho One with an Enterprise plan does not have an integral way to ROUND ROBIN distribute prospects/leads/anything. Why on earth is there an option in Workflow Rules to Convert a Lead if it isn't even cohesive with ASSIGNMENT RULES? Assignment rules should not ONLY work for Zoho Web Forms. Seems like a VERY simple requirement for a CRM. With over 80 users, in different markets nationally, this automation is CRUCIAL.
Problems with image field : Andriod App
Hi, I do not know if this problem only persists with me, but after taking photo in image field through zoho creator mobile app, the photo's brightness is very low, even though the photo is captured with sufficient light, it is being darkened. Leave balances wrong after mid-end december update - Non existing - Technical support....
I'm really upset with "support" of zoho. I'm stuck with a big problem concerning all leave balances. They are totally wrong since last zoho update in december. I've tried to call everyday but support is still busy. I've left message to call me back, but nothing happens. I have only some e-mails from support that tell me "sorry for the delay in response" but nothing else. I'm paying 750$ per year since 5 years.... This is a shame and not serious. You loose my datas and you have to repair that.

Hi guys For my ZOHO project, I would like to be able to follow budget consumption. In fact , if I have a budget of 20h for exemple, I would like to be able to follow task hours out of budget. How to get a "analysis" leave report

Can't add photos to contacts
I am using Zoho Mail with iOS devices, using imap for sync. When I try to upload a photo to a contact, it seems to stay there until the address book syncs, then the photo disappears. Why is this? Does this functionality not work?

zoho forms data not appearing after sync
Hi, I've been experiencing some problems with zoho forms. Some of the data that I've synced from offline usage is not appearing when I check using the web dashboard. I've tried filtering the data but I still can't see the data I've just synced. If this problem continues, I might have to discontinue my usage of zoho forms as I cannot afford to have data suddenly going missing and causing confusion on whether it was synced or not.
Why do Zoho webforms still use tables like its 1995?
I find this extremely frustrating. Every time I need a new webform (or update an existing one) I have to recode the form's embed code to strip out all the <table> <td> <tr> code and manually retype these into <div>s to make the form responsive on mobile devices. 1. Why is Zoho still using tables in 2020? 2. What is being done to update this webform code to be natively responsive on all devices and when will this be available?

C# SDK Auth fails when using self client grant token
I generate a self-client grant token for ZohoCRM.modules.ALL an use it in the attached code example. It runs but crashes with a 400 error code. When I attached a proxy to view the traffic a call is being made to https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/user/info which is returning a 400 error code. Dark mode linked to system preferences bug
Hello, The setting to link dark/light mode to the system preferences on MacOS 10.15.2 has a weird bug. When my MacBook Pro switches to dark mode at night, Zoho Notebook switches to light mode and vice versa. Anyone else with this problem?

Problem to login in the Android App to Chineese version
As you know Chineese Zoho is separated version. I use https://docs.zoho.com.cn/ version as I work in China and work with my collegues in China. And I can't login to Zoho Docs android app on my Samsung Note 9 - it goes to european login form. Help defaulting my name email address
I am having an awful hassle with Zoho emails. I would like my email address hello@travelgurus.com.au to be my default email. I have set it to primary in my account. However, I also have travelgurus@zoho.com which I guess I set up accidentally (assuming it would be a cpanel login type address). When I go to the app on the desktop or my mobile, travelgurus@zoho.com keeps coming up and not hello@travelgurus.com.au I tried to delete the zoho email and received the error that a zoho email cannot be deleted!

I am trying to install the Product Catalog app in Creator but can't get past the "Setting Up Application" message.
