Unable to download emails via imap on Android & Windows
All the apps I use they come back as incorrect password, whilst the password is correct. I am using outlook in Android and mail under Windows 10. The problem is on the server/zoho settings as I have not changed anything on my apps.

Resource utilization preview when setting task duration does not update in the same way as utilization review
Hi there, Let me start off by saying that the utilization review feature is really excellent. The fact that it updates based on task completion percentage and hours worked is excellent. However, I noticed that the preview of a resource's workload that is displayed in the calendar view when setting task duration does not match the time in the utilization review chart. In Zoho Attendance Management System there is a functionality that clocking less than 9 hours is half day leave and less than 5 hours is full day leave. Unfortunately there is a catch here. What if the less than is by a few minutes? Shouldn't there a merciful rounding?

Receiving 500 Server Error when fetching certain deals

Zoho Project Events need to be Portal Wide
Please see the attached screenshot. We are so close but not yet there :-)! I have created triggers for all Zoho Project tasks and bug for our portal. But for events we need to define a project which is completely impractical, we'd have to create 30+ flows and endlessly add more. Due Dates are not being sent from Project Issues to Google Tasks

Zoho Desk Triggers broken - demands an organization but lists none

Hello, I have edited the default template for Leads in Zoho CRM. However, when I try to create an app with Creator's CRM intergration, it shows the original, default template that does not even exist anymore. ZOHO Projects - Drag & Drop List Order
There does not appear to be a way to move around the projects when in list view. Why is this important? Because I also use ZOHO Mail which integrates with ZOHO Projects. I can create tasks from within Mail, but when you go to do that you are forced to sort through a jumbled list of project names. The way the projects appear in Mail is based on how they show in Projects. Currently all projects are ordered according to when they were created. Emails showing up in Zoho Mail through web browser but not IMAP account in email applications
Something occurred around 3pm central time on Friday that caused my IMAP accounts to 1) show emails in my inbox that were previously filed away in subfolders and, most concerning, 2) NOT show new emails that do appear in Zoho Mail through my web browser. How to hande invoices dated of previous fiscal year, but are delivered to my company and their expense occure this fiscal year?
I have some expenses that occure on bank this fiscal year but their invoices dates are of previous year (but received by mail also later this year). How to I handle this on Zoho Book so they appear on my profit loss results of previous fiscal year and not on this year?
