Timeline View Out of Order
Hi Team - I am not sure if I am the only one with this issue. My timeline is out of whack or out of order. This started yesterday. I already deleted cache cookies, rebooted my PC. I used Chrome and Firefox and both browsers have out of whack timelines. See attached.

Dear Zoho, I can send e-mails but can not receive e-mails. Could you assist me?

All, Does someone know how to disable the message "Given URL blocked for this team. Try after sometime."? This is very annoying. Zoho told me this occurs when more than 50 mouseclicks are done in 2 minutes. Sprints gets blocked for one hour. This really harms the progress in our team. Not being able to disable this message or shortening the time of hour will result in a switch to a different system. Hope someone can help. best regards, Wesley
How do people get Lists to appear neatly when embeded
Hi Team, I have tried embedding some league tables our of the CRM into a wordpress website, a confluence page in Atlastian and onto a google site and now of them look any good. I have bene told by ZOHO that it is not them and that it is everyone else... But I would only expect that if it was one other location... Can someone please help? Cheers, Kim
CRM creating new leads for existing Contacts due to capitalization in address
Hi, I noticed recently that Zoho CRM is creating new Leads for existing Contacts due to capitalization in the email address. For example; say I have a Contact record for John Smith who I've been emailing for a while now (using BCC Dropbox to save a record to Zoho CRM) at john.smith@company.com. Then, John reaches out to me for something today and, for whatever reason, his email address appears as John.Smith@company.com. Slow File Transfer
I purchased Zoho Assist to further evaluate the product. When I send a file to a client PC the speed maxes out at 6 Mbps. On the same PC's and the with same file using Splashtop I get 60+ Mbps. I have 1 Gig fiber and the client has 200 Mbps download speed. I tried at different times and made sure the client network was idle. Is this normal?
Signature image is showing up giant
Hi, my signature looks like the below when I send it out. But when it's received it becomes about 20 times bigger in the recipients email. It looks really bad. I'm not sure what's causing it to go out like this....any help would be great. costanalysts.com
Only FAQ and Terms of service showing up in bing/google search
I'm not sure if this is a Zoho question or search engine questions.... For an organic search of my company, the only pages that return on google are the FAQ and Terms of Service Page. Why does the HOME page not show? How do I get it to show? How do I get it to show above all else? Thanks, PEter
Editing text bar is invisible on PC (Windows)
Hello, So everytime I try to edit my text on Zoho Notebook from my PC (windows) the buttons are invisible. Only one blue colored note color seems to work. Every other color doesn't allow the edit bar to show Here are some screenshots I took.

Structured data field info not being returned by the REST API
I'm using the Zoho Creator REST api to get some data stored in a form which uses the Name and Address Fields, but these values are being returned as plain strings so there is no way to know which part of the string is the First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2 etc.

Expiry date of compensatory request
Hi, Currently all the compensatory requests are set by the system to expire on 31st December 2019. We use automatic entry for compensatory request. How can I bulk update the expiry date of compensatory requests recorded in the past? How can I ensure that the expiry date is set to 31st December 2020 for all the entries that will be made this year? In Short, I want the expiry date to be 31st Dec of the next year. Zoho People Connector in Zoho Flow
hi there, I'm trying to connect Zoho Forms to Zoho People so that when users complete a web form, a record is created in Zoho People (e.g. an expense request, a leave request). My problem is that I can't find Zoho People listed as an app in Flow. Am I missing something? I am surprised to see it not included with the long list of apps. I also tried setting up a connector using zapier, but I hit a problem with the version of the People API being used. So I couldn't create a connection with Zoho People
Sorting Email by Name
It used to be that, in any folder (trash, sent, inbox, etc...), when you clicked on a name, all emails in that folder with that name as displayed would show up, and all other emails would disappear. A type of sort function. In the last few months, it has gone away. I've been waiting for it to come back, but no luck. What gives?

Jobs not posted at mosted of the job boards
Hello, I tried to find jobs posted through Zoho at job boards through the "get URL" icon in Sourcing Summary overview of job boards. I got to the job board, however the job posting was not there. The only job board that had the job posting was Nuevoo. Other jobs boards just said the position is not there. Can you please explain? Thank you Miroslava
Cannot connect using MAC Outlook
The user account was blocked because of exceeding quota limit. After removing the old emails, and it is 10% free space now, but the account is still blocked when trying to use outlook to connect. The user does not have problem to use web mail. Please help. The user account is olegnkusi@MYCOMPANY.COM

Hey, i can't add a new user of our organization to meeting. It says 11 of 12 used at the top of the user table. In the right corner it says: "You have used all your meeting licenses. Upgrade" Please fix this, it's a paid feature!!
REST API file upload seems to fail if the field name is too long
I tried uploading a file of about 1.7 MB to a field using the Zoho REST API, specifically to the URL to https://creator.zoho.eu/api/xml/fileupload/ but I got back the error {"code":2945,"message":"MORE_THAN_MAX_LENGTH"} which is a JSON response, interesting. I was able to fix the problem by renaming the filed, it seems that if the field name is too long then the upload files which is a bit of a cryptic error message. The original field name was Financial_Information_Please_upload_your_certified_lease_agreement
Zoho Campaigns: Many of my Bounced Contacts want to be added back to our Email Campaigns
This week I started to reach out to some our our "Bounced" customers to see if they changed their email address or had issues with their mail services. Many of them said, "That is my correct Mail" and "No, my email services has been good". They want to continue to receive our emails. Gmail "Send Email" task - No HTML for the body and body doesn't take values from previous steps
For the Gmail App task "Send Email" there is currently no option for the body of the email to be in HTML. This should change, as HTML is the only way that I can reliably send emails in the format that I need. Additionally, the "body" field does not take values from previous steps like other fields do...example, if I'm in the "body" field and I want to add the "Deal ID," I go to the deal that triggered this flow, and click "Deal ID" but it doesn't actually populate into the body of the email...nothing
Gantt Chart Hide/Size Columns Needs Work
Screen real estate is a premium. The Gantt Chart seems to have no way to size, remove, add or reorder columns? For example, I want to see the task owner without scrolling right. Currently the Completed Date comes first with an over-sized column chewing up screen space, then comes the Owner. See example in attachment. We need to be able to Size, Remove, Add and Reorder Columns in the Gantt Chart Report. The above is a simple matter in MS Project.
Zoho Docs Total Fail w/ MacOS 10.15 Catalina
Is anyone else having the same issue? The Zoho Docs app on macOS fails to launch or allow the user to login. When the program starts, a window title bar appears but not the rest of the window or options. Basically, I cannot login and files on my computer cannot sync with my Zoho cloud storage. The Zoho Docs app is the latest version.
