Deluge Setting wrong DataType for Arguments
This is driving me crazy. Every time I create a new function in Zoho and map a CRM Field to the argument (Contact_ID), it sets the argument type as a string, and then throws an error for the DataType being wrong because it requires an Int. StringgenerateBlockText(string Contract_ID).... That ID is mapped to CRM Module ID that is a bigint. Why is this not working?
C# Web API - Oauth authorisation grant issues
Hi, I am writing a C# web api to integrate with Zoho Desk to raise tickets. I have attemped to authenticate via oauth but could not get past the inital auth grant step as the response from the Zoho api is a full html web page in the body of the response? As far as I could determine, this is designed so that user logs in to confirm the auth grant (is this assumption correct)? But as I am calling this programatically, there is no user involved so, I cannot get past this step? Have I made a mistake
Issue setting up email, and mobile number
Hello. I'm attempting to create a free lite account and connect a zoho email to my existing domain name. I seem to have been able to set up the account partially, I even received a verification code to my mobile number. But whenever I try to log in to access my account it keeps asking me to link my mobile number. Whenever I enter my number it says the phone number is already registered. It seems like I'm stuck in a loop? Yes the mobile number is registered because I registered it for my account.
Tooltip Alignment Issues
Anybody else still having issues with tooltip alignments? When a field label wraps the the next line or you have a multiline field the tooltip aligns vertically centered. A vertical top alignment would look much better. Some screenshots of my existing situation attached.
Posts are Not Posting
I post to multiple different accounts on multiple different social media platforms and a lot of my posts are ending up in the unpublished posts section. It is never consistent as to what platform it could't publish on or what account could not publish. I was wondering how to fix this problem of the posts not posting. Clients reply on these posts to get posted and when they don't it is very frustrating.

Google Drive connection problem
I get the error message "This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign in" when I try to authenticate my account on Gdrive for the Cliq connection.
Report do not regenerate
am unable to regenerate data in my report. When I select regenerate it is desable and I see the message "Regeneration has been initiated for this report... but never end. Regular signouts of Windows Desktop Application
Cliq regularly signs me out of the Windows Desktop Application. It is not consistent; there will be times where it will allow me to stay signed in for 2 days straight and other days where it will sign me out after 4 hours, even while in use. I am using my Google account tied to my Zoho account to sign in, with Google 2FA active. A related issue is that the "Remember me on this PC" does not seem to work with the Google 2FA sign in; it will ask me every time I sign in to go through the 2FA process.

Good morning. I am trying to edit a form in our account. There are two fields that we had marked as mandatory that we need changed to optional. I have unchecked "mandatory" and saved the form, however, I'm still unable to submit the form without filling out those fields. Any ideas?

Emails not showing up
Some of my emails show up in spam despite always showing up in my inbox before from the same senders. But I also have emails that are not showing up anywhere. In two days I have not had a single email show up in my inbox why would that be? I haven't changed anything at all.

How do you do plan projects in Zoho Projects when tasks can exceed budget and "Budgeted vs Planned" only syncs every 6 hours?
I'm just getting started with Zoho Projects (and other Zoho products). There are many great features and some that could be improved. However my biggest shock/surprise in terms of limitations is in the Project Planning abilities. These are two issues I see as major problems for planning projects; If I create a project with a budget of 100 hours, Zoho allows me to input tasks greater than 100 hours. I am setting up Zoho Subscriptions. I currently use woocommerce subscriptions, so I get the way it all works, and I’m used to Zoho books and Zoho project/timesheet so I’m fairly experienced in Zohos ways generally, including the sometimes frustratingly inconsistent approaches across different modules. Unable to "Submit" Form
A client from the USA was unable to click the submit button to send her documents via my form on the website. However, a client in China sent their document through the exact same form just fine. Documents are the bulk of my business and it's easier to control if files can come in through a system. Please look into this.

Firefox Extension Signing
HI, Since Firefox version 48, Extension signing is now mandatory, that is cannot be overridden using the previous "xpinstall.signatures.required : false" config change. This has caused the Zoho Assist Firefox plugin to be disabled in my browser and cannot be used. Are there any plans to get the Zoho Assist plugin updated and signed to resolve this? Thanks, Paul
Can't post to the connected twitter account
We can't get our page (Richardson's Worlds Largest corn Maze) to post to twitter even though it's connected. We tried disconnecting it and the reconnecting, still won't post. Have checked all our settings and eveything seems to be set up correctly. We're not getting any error messages when we post to Twitter, but later in the "unpublished posts" section, its shows an error "sorry we couldn't publish this." Help!
Library - NO IMAGE PREVIEW
So annoying, some folders are not showing the thumbnails/Preview of the images inside the folder. Specially when created the form and trying to change the background image there is no preview of the images within the folder.
Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?
Windows 10 OS and some applications stop responding on remote machine
The remote computer is unstable after connecting to an unattended Windows 10 computer. The local user nor I can close some apps. Sometimes we can't even get the computer to restart without holding down the power button. Disconnecting the remote session doesn't clear the issue. Very frustrating when this happens while you are trying to resolve or assist an end user. Why does this happen? Thanks,
