Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect
I was just using Assist to work on a machine in a different location. Then it just stopped. I lost the connection. When I try to reconnect, it just keeps me waiting. The status in the panel shows the machine is connected. I need to finish something in the next 4 hours. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

I can’t add a photo or recording thing to the note
There is something I don’t understand if I want to create one note that has text ,photo and voice recorded message. How can I do that ? when I downloaded the application I saw an example of travel note where in one note there is text and Eiffel Tower and voice recording but actually I couldn’t figure out how to do that. any chance this is not available in iPhone iOS version. thanks
Having issues syncing to a new iPad Pro
I was really enjoying this app up until now, but I just got this ipad yesterday and although it imported notes well from my old ipad mini, there are notes I have on my other devices that refuse to show up on this one. It says it's synced but nothing changes. It's still missing important story notes that I have on the other devices. All of my products are Apple. MacBook, iPhone, iPad. There shouldn't be a discrepancy between them.
SPF records can't be verified
I added the SPF records, according to your video in Wordpress, after 5 days it still wan't verified. I deleted the old record and re-added it and now its been 8+ hours and its still not verified.

price list import problem
I am trying to import a price list. But not successful. The error is: CSV-Kopfzeilen dürfen nur Artikelname, Preislistentarif und Artikelpreis enthalten. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Kopfzeilen. It is in German, but it means, CSV header is only allowed to be Artikelname, Preislistentarif andArtikelpreis. I don't know where is the problem. I have checked my file. Zoho Unattended Assist do not reply on linux machines
Hi to all. I'm trying trial version of Zoho Unattended Assist with 3 windows and 2 linux machines (one is raspberry pi). Few days ago I'm experimenting a problem with the linux remote machines. Connection is made without problems but after that there is no more response, in all linux remote machine. No click response, no mouse movement response. No problems in windows remote machines. Lead Conversion Mapping Aftermath
Hello, I am still playing with Zoho but when my leads were converted to clients, the client's file is now missing their date of birth after the conversion. I fixed the lead conversion mapping so this doesn't happen in the future but i have over 100 clients that do not have their date of birth showing. My question, is there a way to get the 100+ clients to have their date of birth showing again in their converted file? Maybe like some sort of mass update? Thanks in advance.

Hi, We need install Technician remote exe on programs files, because the Software Restriction Policies. (Cant run EXE in profile folders) There is any installer? Import and Exporting with Vault
My particular issue relates to importing from roboform csv but some of these comments apply to general importing and exporting First of all, the roboform import is confused as roboform create a column called "Note" prior to the next column "Folder". using the csv created by roboform for importing into vault the system will continually fail. Updated Mongo DB Java Driver
I see the Zoho Analytics Upload Tool uses the mongo-java-driver-2.14.1.jar version of the driver. It doesn't look like that version is not compatible with MongoDB 4.0. Lite Agents in Desk
I was recently talking with the Desk team and I was informed that adding Light agents in Desk is not available with Zoho One. Can you possible review this and consider changes in the future? Adding light agents would be important to my business in the coming months because I have many internal agents that would require the read only access and I would not feel comfortable or the need adding additional user licenses when I am the primary agent anyways. Leads to Potential but with existing contact information in Zoho
Our sales flow is setup more based on POTENTIALS (opportunities) than true LEADS (i.e people) so this makes converting LEADS to DEALS tricky without creating duplicate contact information. But we still want to associate the potential with the leads module to track back to campaigns etc. Yep - adding that manually if we create a Potential directly can work, but on a larger scale we need this to start at LEAD cycle. Tracking Sent Emails from Zoho Mail Client (Win 10) within Zoho CRM (Lead/Contact record - email history) and vice-versa
I have all related 'send from' emails/aliases and domains verified and validated in both CRM and Zoho Mail. Problem: I send an email from the CRM to a Contact and it tracks it, displaying the email in the Contact email history details, but this does not show in my "sent" folder within the Zoho Mail client (Win10). Likewise, email sent from within the Zoho Mail client (Win10) does not show up in Lead or Contact records under the email history section. Thus Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail are not fully integrated.

Zoho CRM Unbelievably slow
I absolutely can NOT run a business like this. It takes 2-3 minutes just to LOAD a file. I pay guys to work, and I have NO control over this database. Messages not notifying on Windows App
We have Cliq on Windows Apps across our office. Starting on 22-05-19 messages have not been notifying the receivers in our entire organization. This includes private chats, mentions, and channel chats. There have been no machine reboots between the 21st (working) and the 22nd (not working) to suggest an issue like Windows Update. authtoken seems to die
Hello, For some random reason that I can't figure out, our authtoken that we use in "searchRecords" API goes bad. When we generate a token, how long can we expect it to continue working? Is there an expiration for a token? Our site that grabs records from via the ZOHO API breaks. We get the error >>"code":"4834","message":"Invalid Ticket Id"<<. Once we generate a new token and add that to our code, everything works again. We can't have our site going down at random because of a token. Any suggestions?

Calendar synchronisation (Google Calendar)
Hey there, so we run an Event Company and work with a Google Calendar in which our team puts in all prebooked or booked Events. This calendar is called the "Bookings" calendar. My Google Account owns this calendar so i can two way sync CRM with this calendar. Unfortunately the Google Marketplace feature only lets you sync your own calendars so my team can't access this calendar from the CRM directly. Remote IP Address Locked
I recently added two new email users to my Zoho account. They were assigned default user email passwords. Upon trying to log in and change their passwords, an error message was shown saying "Remote IP address locked.". mailto links not supported
Zoho Mail doesn't handle mailto links on web pages on the Mac client. Don't know if it does on Windows or not. Clicking on an email link in a web page should open a new blank email in Zoho mail. It doesn't.
