Buen día, Mi cuenta registra como no activa, no me permite ingresar, la cuenta es bostonconsultinggroup@zoho.com, les pido de manera muy amable que por favor me indiquen los pasos para activarla de manera URGENTE ya que nuestro proceso de selección se encuentra trancado con este inconveniente, con el compromiso de nosotros acceder a uno de los planes mensuales que zoho mail nos ofrece. Inconsistent Documentation for OAuth Access Token

This returns an invalid client error. https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#generate-access This page says you should submit request in the url of the POST. This is successful. Is there a security issue with submitting in the url? If not, is it possible to update the documenation in the first link?

Unable to select photos from "Gallery"
Hi. When creating a photo card, or inserting a photo into a text card, I am unable to choose photos from my phone's photo gallery. I can select "gallery" from the options on the screen (at the bottom, next to "photo" and "document") and then go onto select a picture to include - however, after that, the app returns to the camera view, and ignores the photo that I selected. This is on an iphone 6S, iOS 12.

Filter will not setup forward as an action
One of our users setup a filter to forward certain emails to another email address but is receiving an error that informs the user to "contact administrator" for the account. I cannot tell what I need to do so that the user is able to set up the forward in the filter. Mail forwarding not working
I have set up a mail forward from my alerts@ address to monitoring@. I successfully verified the forward and it had a green dot next to it. Every time I send an email to the alerts@ email address though it fails, and the forwarding is disabled (green dot changes to a grey dot). I suspect the problem is caused because I have a split domain. alerts@ is a Zoho address, and monitoring@ (on the same domain name) is an Office 365 address. Hi Support, I am unable to send or receive emails on my Zoho mail (suneel@montessoritraining.in). My Inbox was full and hence it was blocked. I have cleared the emails now and its at 45% usage now. However, my outgoing and incoming emails are still blocked. Please suggest a fix. Regards, Suneel

I am sure my username and password are correct as I can login on the site24x7 website. But on the android app. It keep prompting me to enter a valid email? huh? (of course my email address is valid). Test on another phone still no luck. Please help.

Templates different on smartphones
Why do templates view differently on a smartphone? For example, on a smartphone font styles and sizes change from title to title and paragraph to paragraph. On a PC everything looks great. On a smartphone, titles and paragraphs always vary in font sizes and styles from the PC version. And, is there a way I may fix this? Thank you so very much for your assistance!

Emails not showing up in some leads
Hi, My sales reps are using the Gmail integration for email. From my understanding, emails to/from a lead with a matching email address, will show up in the Email section of the lead. Sometimes they do. And sometimes they don't. What kinds of things may prevent emails from being brought into the lead record so we can troubleshoot? We have confirmed that the email in the lead record matches, exactly, the email address that is being used to communicate with the lead. Thanks! MC
My Tasks Sorting
So I just recently moved my company to Zoho projects but I noticed it is missing something so basic. On the My Tasks you cannot sort by the columns... Also by default all the tasks with no due date show first. To me this is backwards, if something has a deadline it should probably show up before all the rest. The sorting would solve this issue but the default just seems wrong to me.

Hi, I'm setting up Zoho Campaigns and working on Settings > CUSTOMIZATION > Signup Pages and Emails end discovered two issues that prevent me from finalizing this stage. He guys, chat is malfunctioning. When I start a text chat then move the window back so I can have full screen, I am no longer able to chat. The conversation history is not displayed and I have to type in the clients chat. At first I thought this was an issue with my browser however it's happened on two separate computers that I use. Hello, I've noticed a bug on the merge tag FNAME. I've always used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ if i wanted the space to be blank when there was no name on the subscriber. But since this week i've sended that way and the subscribers with no first name apeared "Costumer", and i used the merge tag like this $[FNAME]$ and not like this $[FNAME|Customer|Guest]$; Whats wrong? do i need to use the merge tag this way $[FNAME||]$ from now one? with the empty spaces. Why doesn't Mail Merge leave a record in the customer record?
Believe it or not we actually do write real letters - letter not emails - using Mail Merge in CRM. Believe it or not, the fact that we have done so isn't recorded in the customer record.
