Hi , I use my email strictly to send out bill of sales and quotes for my horse business. It is all legit. I am blocked from sending e-mails out and this is majorly hurting me as I am losing my records as they are now not all in the same place. Please assist in unblocking me from sending emails and let me know what I need to do in the future. Thank you!

Create Pricebook Through API
Hello guys. These days I am playing with pricebooks, I can list and delete but is getting hard to create it through the API. since I prepare my json to post to https://inventory.zoho.com/api/v1/pricebooks the result is { "code": -1, "message": "The file to be imported is blank." } since now I would to say we have no intention to download it as file. so it is possible to get away from this import file? Enterprise API limits
Hello! I am using API v2.0 and have bought enterprise pricing with 500k credits/month according to the documentation. But yesterday my requests were banned. And today, I still have TOO_MANY_REQUESTS response. API credits usage page says that 36000\23000 credits were used. But why limit is 23k instead of 500k? More than 12h were passed, and I still have this ban, when will it end?
ERROR with code EAUTH and and command API
When i run my code locally, i don't get any error whatsoever but as i uploaded the code online and try testing using postman it flags the error below { "error": { "code": "EAUTH", "command": "API" } }
Zapier does not register subforms as adding a new record
When I add records through a subform, this does not trigger the Zoho Add Record trigger in Zapier. When I add the record through the original form it works, but this would take a really long time for my purposes. Will this be changed?

This action should be perfomed whenever someone clicks the respective button and the workflow for updating one field of the same form (on which the report is made) should be executed. All Notes displayed as empty after Updating
Hello everyone, I'm mainly using the Notebook App on my good old iPad Mini 1 (yep, the one without a retina screen :D ). It always worked totally fine, but today I did the update to Version 5.2. Now suddenly all of my notes are empty (just the header of each note is there). Web form to Leads - approval mode not working with API 2.0
New lead entries on our web form are entered in the CRM Leads module via WordPress plugins. With the prior API, there was an option to have leads held for approval. With the new API, this is no longer an option and entries go directly to the Leads module. This is a problem, as all entries need to be reviewed and approved. Help!

Email Header Not Displaying Correct Sender Address
I noticed over the past few days that emails I receive do not display the correct email from the sender. If I reply to the email, it goes back to the correct person. But the sender email isn't displayed properly when I receive it. The yellow highlight on the attachment should be an email address and not the long string of code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Open Position Report and Job Openings Dashboard
1. The open position report that I run always creates duplicate jobs. I have tried to filter to just one record but am not able. I attached a report with duplicates. 2. For Job Openings Dashboard. Is there a way we can track which positions have candidates in "Associated" status. For us candidates in "Associated" status means they have not been reviewed and/or dispositioned. That is the status they are in when they come in from job boards tool.

It wasn't a problem because I could post manually to Instagram, copying the picture and text via the Zoho app, but since the app update this doesn't work. When making QUOTES/ORDERS my users cannot see ANY PRODUCTS unless they are the Product Owners
I have i huge issue. I am the Administrator User and I added all of the Products to our organization. Problem when marking a contact as an End User for the portal
I've created a contact view which filters the non-portal users. When I try to select one of the records on this list and try to add them as an End User then I do receive a warning message stating that this user has already been added as an End User to the portal. I don't have the option to disactivate this user as an End User but only the option to add them as an End User.

We were advised today that LinkedIn has evaluated the Job Posting API, utilized by Zoho Recruit, and they have decided to deprecate this technology effective March 31, 2019.
