Hello Team, I have created a group email address and added some emails to it. I am sending an email to the group and getting a copy of the same email. Is there any settings not to receive the emails to the sender.
The KB Editor is automatically applying spacing to paragraphs when an article is edited
This spacing is being added before the lines. The editor doesn't have any spacing editing feature. We already tried to "clear the formatting" and then apply a font size to the paragraphs but the result didn't change. The editor shows the text without any spacing but when the article is released then the spacing is applied to the final page. We aren't copying and pasting any text to the editor when editing them. The original texts are being pasted from other sources which don't have any rich text

Hi, I do not get into mail page I log in, insert login, password, then go to https://home.zoho.com/home and hang in this, do not load page, do not get mail. Nothing. I tried different brousers and different computers in office, but all the same, I do not get my mail. Email desktop notification don't work
Hello, I wanted to be warned when I receive an email on my Zoho email adress... So I activated it... I did anything I had to do for it to work, and the I wrote two emails to myself, on another zoho email adress of mine... And I haven't been warned at all.. Not any desktop popup... Just one sound such many and long minutes after I received my own email... Does anybody know how to fix that issue, please? Thank you very much
Problem with Projects API and get projects
Hi, I have a problem with rest api. I want to get projects calling api and this worked good weeks ago, but now it don’t work. If I use Postman, it work good and I get all projects, but when I use my vb.net code it say “Error in remote server: (403) Forbidden” I tried with Authtoken and with oauth2 but the result is the same. Custom Button to convert module A information to module b fields

Zoho Api rejects leads with .cookie in the email address.
Why does the api not allow a lead with '.cookie' in the email? We have a user whose last name is cookie and when we try to sync the lead into zoho the request fails with "{\"response\":{\"error\":{\"message\""Unable to process your request. Lead Conversion - Phone field for contact cannot be mapped
Dear Zoho team, when I configure the lead conversion mapping I encounter the following issue. I would like to map the phone number of the lead to the phone fields of both the account and the contact records. But in the dropdown list of the contact the standard phone field is not shown. I can select all the other phone fields (mobile, home phone, other phone, fax, asst. phone), but not the "simple" phone. Is there a reason why this cannot be done? Best regards, Christiane

Incomplete translation of the mobile app (Zoho Creator Portal)
Hello Everyone, i have the following problem. I have set the language to German. Now everything is translated as it should besides the system aprroval pages in the Zoho Creator Portal mobile app. This only occurs in the mobile app (iOS and android). Can't publish to Instagram
For the last several days I have not been able to publish to Instagram. I have verified that my Instagram site is connected. When I go to publish a post I receive the error, "We ran into an unexpected error on Instagram. Please try posting again in 5 minutes." This continues to happen and it won't let me post. Hi, I'm trying to create a client ID at (https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole) to be used for the wordpress Zoho mail plugin, but i get the error when push the button "Create" The error is "Une erreur s’est produite" (in french) no more details are given. Trying to integrate Formidable Forms (on WordPress) with Zoho CRM to add a "Lead" every time the form is completed. This should be relatively simple, since Formidable has an API plugin that asks for just a few bits of information. Email forwarding has suddenly stopped working
Mail forwarding which was working flawlessly for months has suddenly stopped working. I have deleted all the settings and set them up from scratch again in the hope that it would fix it but it hasn't. Emails from GSuite Migration not updating after 2pm yesterday
Hi there, I migrated from GSuite to Zoho Mail yesterday. I handled updating all the records on the Domain, it's showing as all green and good to go. My emails started populating which was great and I even got a couple of new ones, however after 2pm yesterday they stopped updating. I'm still receiving them in my GSuite inbox, so I know they are coming through- but I'm unable to see any updated ones since yesterday. Please help! Thanks a ton!
