Zoho Mail not loading
I've been running into an issue in which Zoho Mail will not load. All other Zoho services load fine. With Mail all I get is the "Loading ... email address" message.

Hello, I am trying to make drilldown available on dashboards viewed view permalink You can check this link for an example: https://analytics.zoho.com/open-view/1497532000000156243/85c2726b127a59455d349bd912bec856 For this dashboard, under settings I have "Enable Drilldown" Checked! But, as you can see, there is no drill down functionality in the dashboard, unless it's actually inside of the Zoho Analytics Workspace. How can I turn on the Drill down function for dashboards accessed via link?

[solved] Spam quarantine layout is faulty
Unless I'm doing something dumb, I think a fault may have been introduced into the layout of the quarantined spam emails list. As far as I can tell, the Type and Date columns seem to have been reversed, though not their contents, and also (or perhaps as a result) the alignment of the data in the other columns is all skewed, as shown in the attached screenshot (I've obscured my email addresses). I don't recall seeing this until just the last few days. I've logged out and cleared my browser cache but

IMAP on Outlook
Hi I connect to my zoho account via imap on Outlook. Since yesterday afternoon I have not received any new emails. The emails come through on the Zoho web app and I the Zoho app on my phone. At the moment, when I click send and receive, it says: "Folder:Inbox Check for new mail." and it just never completes. I went into account settings and Outlook checked the connection and it did seem to be able to access the Imap server. Thanks so much in advance!

Our payroll is done by a program, and it emails out our paystubs. This email goes to everyone's spam. We are using Outlook 2016 on Windows 10. Issue with receiving emails
We are having issue receiving emails. One in particular is our domain registrar, they are unable to send email to our account & are saying the mails are unresolved. Day of Week formula not working
So I want to set up an e-mail template in which I invite someone to a call 2 days from now. So, let's say it's Monday today, I want to make the e-mail say 'Let's have a call on Wednesday'. To do this I've created a formula that has no syntax errors, called 'Day of Meeting', with formula return type set as string. However, it leaves a blank space in my emails. Zoho Creator IOS 5.12 app broke our app
FYI. Any iPhone that we upgraded to Zoho Creator 5.12 over the last few days has stopped working with our app. We can see records in a report list as normal, but when we try to edit or create an new record - none of the fields are showing in the form. Associate Contacts within Vendors
Hi there, In the other modules I am able to add new or associate a contact within - however in Vendor, this is not the case, I am only allowed to create new. How can I, if it is possible, establish a link that displays the contacts I have in my system to the Vendor? I contacted my mail-server company an they tell me in their logs they can see, that mails from their server was sent. But they never show up in Zoho Desk. There is no way to edit the user information in the help center
I've tried to edit the names of some active users on the help center but I couldn't find a way to perform this task. The "users" section of the help center has editing capabilities for user accounts but it does directly link to the contact record on the contacts module when you press on the user name in the help center user editing screen. Editing the contact name on the contact module doesn't affect anything for the user record of the help center user record.

Hello, Our system is Magento version 2. When we reply an order confirmation email to contact the buyer, the default recipient in zoho mail is wrongly our own email address, which is supposed to be the buyer's email address. Every time, we have to manually change the recipient. It is really inconvenient. But when you reply an email from Contact Us form, the default recipient is correctly the visitor's email address.
