Instagram Connexion
Hi, My team is trying to use the connection with Instagram through Zoho Social . Zoho asks for the log in and redirects us to Facebook Business Manager but when we enter our password we are not able to connect because Zoho blocks the connection. Fb, Twitter and Linkedin integrations are working perfectly but Instagram doesn't seem to work properly. is there any way we can solve this? Thanks
Outlook 365 wont connect now since upgrade
Hi not sure if the upgrade is a red herring but I had some issues last week trying to add a diffreent domain to my account but deleted that in the end. in my outlook 365 on my computer (Not OWA) I deleted the hello@openformula account then tried to Add back again. It doesn't matter what setting I try I simply cannot get it to connect. I also have Outlook installed on my laptop which is sending and receiving OK. Please could you investigate why Outlook will not connect for info one ofthe errors
Zoho Server Blacklisted by ZapBL and SORBS
Hello! I use Zoho to manage my e-mails of my domain. Customer said me that they cannor receive my emails because 135.84.80.218 IP address is listed on SORBS SPAM and ZapBL. What can I do to solve this problem? Can you get it delisted, or change the IP I'm using? Thanks, Ivan
Users Cannot See Past Emails From Group Email
I have added a few users to my email group. However, they are unable to see the emails that have been sent to that group in the past. There is currently no way to do that and it is EXTREMELY important! I have tried sharing the folder with the emails with the users. However, they cannot use the search feature on shared emails now. Why?! I need my users to be able to have past emails from the group I have added them to.

Hello, I would like to ask for a help, please. I have just installed Outlook 2019 (not 365) and I am trying to configure it for sending digitally signed emails (exchange activesync). In every email it says digital signature is not valid (with yellow triangle alert). Certificate is installed correctly (tried it with another nonzoho email account at Outlook 2019 (IMAP) and it is working fine. Lead Stolen
Is there anyway to notify the lead owner when a lead is changed/stolen? I have it set so the Lead creator is notified but that is causing some issues as most of the time it is just admin. I want the lead owner to know when someone goes in that lead's profile and change the owner to themselves. Example: Lead Owner: A B changes lead owner to B from A A is sent an email saying 'your lead has been stolen by B' B is sent an email saying 'you are now the owner of...'

Some Incoming Emails Not Reaching Me (dmarc policy)
Hi I have been alerted recently that some emails are not getting through to me (and not in Spam folder). After some experimentation my wife replied using an aol.com account which failed to send. The technical reasons are below: Could anyone shed any light on this? My Domain is verified with Zoho and has DKIM and SPF authentication so I don't understand why AOL is blocking it (the same aol email account was able to send emails to another email account that I own on 1and1 without any authentication!).

How to handle 2yr subscription paid up-front in Zoho Subscriptions
Our company offers 2yr subscriptions, with the 2yr subscription fee paid for up-front. The challenge we have with setting this up in Zoho Subscriptions is that, after the first 2yr period, we would like to have the subscription auto-renew annually at the 1yr price. So, as an example: initial subscription is $200 for 2 yrs and then, subsequent subscriptions billed at $150 annually. Is there a hack or workaround to make this happen, by chance?
E-mail forwarding randomly doesn't work
Hello, Randomly some e-mails are matching my forwarding filter criteria but are not being forwarded, I know they are matching because in the same rule first it forwards, then it moves to a specific folder and then it is marked as read. The e-mails are being moved and marked, but never reaches its destinations. This happens a lot, and makes me feel very uncomfortable and doubtful about the solution/feature, and this feature is the main reason that made me became a paid customer. You can see the filter

Vendor credits
Wondering is someone has a workaround or an idea to solve this seemingly simple issue. I need the ability to apply a vendor credit (one journal entry without matching it to an invoice) for the discounted amount each month. For example if I received 1% on $1000 spent for the month. A vendor credit of $10 needs to be applied to the vendor without matching to an invoice. I also get a volume discount lump sum on some months and that needs one journal entry to deduct from the bill. Unattended Access stopped working on all our Macs
We have a small marketing firm, and we use the Unattended access to remotely install updates and roll out new items when our employees are gone in the evenings. Everything has been working fine, until the most recent update to the Zoho Assist. It shows all computers are offline. We have removed them and had them reinstall the new download package, they will then popup in my Unattended Access list, but it still shows them as off line.
