Forced to upgrade all my accounts
Already sent this to Zoho Support, but I'm posting it here to see if there's anything I'm missing. Thing is I'm reaching the free plan limiit on 1 of my accounts, and I need to upgrade it. But the problem is that I'm forced to upgrade all my accounts, even though I don't need space for them. Why is this a thing and how can I fix it? Note: deleting mails is not an option, unless I can delete attachments without deleting the mails plain text as described in this topic
Zoho Card scanner App
1. I’ve created a campaign in Zoho (desktop version) named: Data Centre World Frankfurt 2018. 2. I’ve scanned my first business card in the app. 3. Saving the lead it, the app asks me where I want to save it. I chose Zoho CRM Lead (the app asks me to log in with my CRM account). 4. Once saved I go to edit and choose the campaign. Created account, now iPhone crashes when syncing Notebook data
Hi! I made some notebooks with the Notebook app on my iPhone. Now I wanted to use this app on my macbook as well. So I created an account on my Macbook and on my iPhone. Now the Notebook app on my iPhone is syncing for over 1,5hr now already. Looks like it's not going to work..And when I restart the app or the phone he directly starts syncing again. Closed Status not showing in Closed View

Cloning a Campaign in Zoho CRM doesn't copy of the activities (tasks, events, etc.)
When I clone a Campaign in Zoho CRM it doesn't copy of the activities (tasks, events, etc.) from the cloned campaign to the new campaign. Essentially all the clone function does is copy the name.
Custom price lists have gone missing
I have four custom price lists which each override one or more of my standard prices. Today, none of the custom price lists contain anything, and I'm unable to edit them. If I first create a NEW price list, then I am able to edit the four existing price
Problem with Lookup Fields with Filters in Mobile App
In our app, there are many lookup fields which are constrained by a filter at design time. However, with our recent upgrade to Creator 5, these lookups no longer function properly in the mobile app. Instead, the dropdowns display no values when selected. In the browser, these fields work fine. To work around this, I have modified the On Load scripts to manually populate the lookup fields with the correct records. However, this code has the unintended consequence of calling the "On User Input"

IP Blacklisted by Zoho CRM
We use Zoho's API for integration between our back-end and Zoho CRM. However, it seems that our server's IP has been blocked. I didn't get any notice from Zoho and have no idea why our IP has been black-listed. Last time this happened, we were down till Monday because Zoho Support is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our business relies heavily on Zoho and Sunday is a working day for us so waiting till Monday will cost us a lot. Any idea how to get the IP block removed without having to wait till Monday

Update a related list with custom function.
Hi, we are triying to update a related list inside a Lead using a custom function. When a lead is created or edited, a rule is triggered which executes the custom function. User deleted data but still over 100%

Google Tasks Not Added To Task List
My account is setup so several tasks are added when a new project is created from a project template. I have integrated Zoho Project with my Google Apps account so the new tasks will be added to my Google Tasks. However, when tasks are added in Google, they are not added under an existing Google Tasks List like it is with Zoho CRM. Instead, every project milestone creates a new task list in Google Tasks. Then the tasks belonging to the milestone are added under the new list. This is a problem.

Compose Zoho email opens when trying to view iPhone Files
This is probably due to some setting I have on, but I can't work out which... I use an iPhone and a Macbook Pro so I have the files app on my iPhone to enable me to view files which are on my laptop (i.e. excel spreadsheets) however, ever since installing the Zoho mail app, each time I click on one of these files to view, it take me straight to the Zoho mail app and begins composing a message (the file is not attached). Events created in the mobile app disappear after sync

Dashboard on iOS doesn’t work
I have dashboards set up that I created with components that I can see fine on desktop but when I try to look at that dashboard on my iPhone nothing shows up apart from a grey “no components” Icon and words (are photo).
