Invalid oauth scope error when trying to read campaigns
Hi there, We are using v2 of the Zoho CRM API, and requesting the scope ZohoCRM.modules.campaigns.ALL during the authorization. However when we try to read the campaigns in the account (using the URL https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/campaigns) we get the following error message: {"code":"OAUTH_SCOPE_MISMATCH","details":{},"message":"invalid oauth scope to access this URL","status":"error"} Is there anything we are missing? Linked Account Won't "Unlink"
It looks like I somehow linked my Zoho email and yahoo email (don't exactly remember doing this), but I can't unlink the accounts. In the Zoho email settings it shows "no accounts linked", but my Zoho inbox is still flooded with email from my yahoo account. Additionally, when I sign in to Zoho and the page is loading, it's showing my yahoo email. How do I get these unlinked? The yahoo account gets nothing but pure spam and it's junking up my Zoho inbox.
Can't add field to signup form
I m trying to create a popup form that will send the info to Zoho Campaigns. This works until I need to add a custom filed and I get the error below. I cant figure out how to correct it: the field is on my form, and it is also in Campaign as a field for the email list. How do I overcome this? Any help appreciated. Note : You can map a Campaign field only if there are corresponding fields in Zoho Forms.

Form Name will not rename in sidebar display
I have a form which contains a number of subforms. I added a subform and the name of the form itself changed to the subform I selected. I deleted the subform I added. But the form name stayed the same as the subform. I have used form properties to rename the form and it works in the display but it still shows the subform name in the sidebar menu. I cannot get it to rename. I really don't want to recreate the entire form just so I can get the name correct in the sidebar. Any ideas? TIA

2 emails automatically on created email

Campaign sign up form does not work if IFRAME
The reason is simple, the iframe auto generated code tries to fetch its style sheet at : https://css.zohostatic.com/campaigns/static/css/ui.theme.css But this returns a 404. I would like to use iFrame forms so that the source of where its hosted does not have to change if I want to change my form.

Issue after installation of Zoho SalesIQ
After inserting the salesIQ code in our web site, visitors are able to reach us and chat with us but we found the following two issues which need to be resolved: 1. Values from dropdown menu multiplying with numbers
I need some help. In a form I have made a Lookup. This Lookup refers to a VAT dropdown menu. I can choose different VAT rates (6.0, 8.0, 10.0 etc.). Now I want to multiply the chosen VAT rate with a Value field. I do this with the Formula button. The outcome however is a very long number -> 358930000000120350.00 What am I doing wrong? Unable to point to AWS Route 53 Domain
My Domain is www.ygcbharat.org purchased from Godaddy but at present managed by AWS Route 53. Before 14 hours, i have added MX Records, SPF and DKIM to AWS Route 53 domain settings. But, till the time, i am unable to receive mail to my above domain as well as zoho shows error that "The MX Records of your domain(s) ygcbharat.org are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho" You are kindly requested to please guide, if any issue at my side or resolve the issue.
