why suddenly require the agent need to run in service mode to send alt + crtl + del? I tired click on "Run as service" button but it has no effect. Now I cannot login any of hosts, please help

Hello, In my account I am unable to export tickets from 1 of the departments. This department has a mix of Email + Imported tickets. When we export, we are able to see the Email tickets. However, the tickets which were manually imported into the system are not being exported. Also, we are seeing some random Code in the excel. Kindly help in exporting. Regards.

Google Plus Brand page now showing as available account
We have got a company we do work for, but we had to go through hell to sort out their Google My Business account. We have since created them a Brand page, but when we are logged into their account, and go to add their G+, it shows only their personal page, not the business one. Any ideas why?

Hello I was trying to integrate woocomerence with zohobook so search online for various options after research i found only 2 option 1 cloud connectors and 2 zaiper so i tried with zapier there are 3 issues when we adding contact there is no option to select the gst field by defaul it selects business_gst secondly while adding invoice it adds by defualt service no option to select good also not able to add hsn code So i decided to do it via webhooks of zapier but facing manny issues for using api

Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM
Using ZOHO mobile version there is no way to see the email associated to a contact or to a lead, this makes ZOHO useless on the move, and this is opposite to the trend in the CRM industry. But also moving from IMAP to POP configuration, as I had to do recently to integrate ZOHO and ZOHO mail , you will lose all the associations between Deals and Emails.... I had 1 year of work spend associating each email sento or received to the related deals and all this job is gone. And I cannot even fix it now

Reconfigure POP3 Account in Zoho Mail
My server settings for my original POP3 account has changed, for some reason I cannot edit or even delete this account. I have even added another POP3 account and set it to the default in order to try and delete the old account but nothing works. We have been retrieving a list of all potentials with a stage of "1. To Quote (requested from COPs)" and it has been working perfectly for well over a year. Parent Account Field not an option on Conditional Layouts
I use Parent / Child account relationships. I'm trying to use a conditional layout if the Parent Field is empty but the "Parent Field" is not an available option. Any chance it could be added? My Scenario On my Parent Account I show a section with all "Related Sales Orders" for all the child (member) account sales orders. I do not want this "Related Sales Orders" Section showing if the account is not a parent account as it is redundant.
