My account keeps sending a specific sender into spam folder even after marking it not spam
As my title says, One of my client's email (Ben) keeps ending up in spam folder. I have been marking it not spam, moving it back to inbox. It would send all his mail into spam the next day. It's been like this for over a month now.
DKM and SPF will NOT Verify on Subdomain - Go Daddy
I have tried for 2 days to get the DKM and SPF to verify on a godaddy Domain. I am using a subdomain of an account that is already verified with zoho. The MX records verify ok but the DKIM and SPF will not. Any ideas??

Zoho Creator on an Iphone crashes when entering a Date-Time field in a subform
Hi there, I have a form which has a subform that captures two Date-Time fields on each subform record. It works fine on Android phones and a desktop, but on an Iphone the minute I enter the first Date_Time field, the app crashes. Any thoughts?
Only getting one record returned in my Page script
Hello, I am having a hard time figuring out this script for a page I am creating. As far as I can tell, it should be returning several values, but I only get one record returned. I am trying to get all the expenses for owner Kathi and show the payee and amount. When I write my script and access the page, I only get the last record to appear in the table. I do not understand. I'm just trying to use the API and have performed all the necessary setup, I was able to generate a ticket and can se it listed on the "Active Sessions" section of the admin part of zoho.com Here's a URL that I try using curl on the command-line and the response (apikey and ticket have been modified). I'm using the ticket and apikey exactly as provided. I've tried removing the $ and the * to no avail. Consent Email Reminders
Hi, I have tried to speak to support about this but having no luck. The first consent email is due to be sent on Friday (I know we are late to the party) I want to send the reminder email on Tuesday and the final one on Wednesday so that we are all done before the 25th May and the law comes in. However, it will only allow me to schedule the emails 7 days apart. Why is this? I need to get 3 emails out in the next 7 days. Please help me get this fixed asap.

Can't sign out of my mail account
Hi, I know how to sign ou of my account, so please spare me the explanations. Since two days it's impossible to sign out of my mail account using the webmail interface. I have multiple imap accounts and when I sign out using using my profile picture in tne upper right corner and selecting Sign out, I'm actually redirected towards the signed out screen, but my profile picture is still in the upper corner and still signed in. I usually have a Login again link. Now theres is no way for me to log out
