Garbage pasted from Outlook text copy/paste
If we copy and paste a text in a Zoho Connect post from an Outlook email, it is adding some garbage, like this: Normal 0 21 false false false ES-CL ES-CL AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 [here it will display the copied / pasted text] �? This should be cleaned in by Zoho Connect app, since copy/paste from Outlook or MS applications is a very common activity (for example we also use Basecamp and we can copy text from Outlook emails without garbage pasted). Zoho Sites - Contact Manager
When I go to Contact Manager in zoho sites it prompts me to re-login but says my account is disabled. I can edit the rest of the site but this is stopping me from creating forms elements

Using replaceall with URL field loses the Link name when used more than once.
Hi, When using a URL field in an email it actually uses the link name as expected and creates a hyperlink automatically. When I try to use the same URL field with the replacall() function more than once it removes the link and only returns the URL without hyperlink. Can this be fixed please. Thanks, Damien

Only 200 subscribers are allow to be selected in search results

Email Template Editor Color Picker Broken
There are certain things that break the functionality of the color picker and make it pretty frustrating to use: 1. Cannot highlight certain text and apply a hex code color, it deselects the text. I have to use a specific hex color that goes with our brand so I never pick the swatches. 2. Entering a hex code is just buggy in general. It won't let me click or type in the box half the time. 3. If I enter a hex code color, it doesn't change to that color automatically, it only puts it in the swatches.
Not Supported HTML Tags
Why is the template editor using not supported HTML tags like <font>? It makes it confusing when I edit the HTML. Is there anyway this could be updated? It's not up to HTML5 standards right now. Thanks

Mail for Desktop: No support for two-factor authentication?
Attempting to log into the new Zoho Mail Desktop app does not work for accounts with two-factor authentication enabled. Instead of logging in after entering the login details, it jumps back to the login form without any error message.
Unusable Section
Hey Guys, I have an issue with a section under Settings> Sections. It is named Hidden_Application_Page _Section. It is greyed out and does not have the usual Edit, Show/Hide and Delete buttons. Cannot change integration with CRM
Our Zoho Recruits integration with CRM is pointing to an old account that is not valid anymore. As a consequence the syncs are not working anymore. I cannot find how to change it. Sub-Tasks and Planned vs Actual Resources
Hi there, If I set a budget of e.g. 10 hours to work on a task, then register 2 hours of work to a sub-task, those 2 hours will appear as actual hours on the sub-task, but will not be added to the hours worked on the parent task. Since sub-tasks are by definition part of the parent task, I would consider this a bug, which limit the utility of what is otherwise an excellent feature. Do you think you might be able to do anything about it? Another way to do this would be to allow planning to take place

Problem with accents in search
We urgently need Zoho search to be a bit smarter and recognize accents as close variants. For example "Clínica X" should be the same as "Clinica X" (the second has no accent), but right now if I search for the one without accent, it won't show me the one with accent. This makes using search extremely impractical for us. We really need this to work better.

Recover email ID
I created an email account a while ago with the intention of making it my main account but I left it for ages. I have forgotten my email ID and so cannot log in, although I have managed to reset my password because I linked the account with my mobile number. Is there a way to do this? I have ActiveSync setup on my android device. I am using the gmail app to manage the email. I am receiving emails OK, however when I try to send an email it is slow then simply says 'queued'. The message is not delivered. I have looked at the settings and cannot see any way to correct this?
Localization ignores some values
Hi, we use a localized version of an internal creator app. C5 seems to ignore translated fields on sections, forms and reports. If we write the translations it'll just revert into the "auto" created translation. Fields on forms and reports seems to keep their translations so these works. Can anyone also reproduce this ? - is there a solution on the way ?

Hi, I'm trying to set up some custom function based email filters, but the documentation seems a little incomplete and the error messages given by the editor are often not very useful. Some things I've noticed: the auto complete popup is often cut off. arguments to some functions that show up in the popup aren't documented. Unsure what email headers are exposed in the message details. There's no good way to test or debug a filter. sender and from appear to be reserved words, so you can't use them
