Has anyone found a way to add more status columns like you can in the computer client? We work our tickets by status and having everything lumped into "other status" makes the mobile client hard for us to navigate. Hoping I'm just missing something!

Hello. My question might have been already discussed, but i haven't find anything. As far as i can see, Desktop page (inside the Zoho Business) doesn't refresh its contents automatically. I mean, for example, when i receve new mail Desktop doesn't display it until i click the Desktop again or just reload it by Cltr-R/F5. And i can't see any option concerning this behaviour. I tested it under Google Chrome, that might have been an issue, according to the FAQ, or i'm wrong and it's not supported yet?

Sticky Posts Not Sticky, Announcements do... What?
In the new 4.0 when you mark a post as "Sticky" it does not stay at the top. It quickly gets buried to the bottom of the page. We've installed a lot of bulletin board software and forums, I've never seen a sticky post that doesn't stay pinned to the top. Is this a bug? The announcement box in forums: I was told by tech support during an online support session that all the Announcement box does is add an icon to the post title. Is this intentional? If so, not much of an announcement. Thanks!

Seeing Calendars Connections from Other Apps?
I am able to see all of my calendar events in Cliq and Zoho Calendar through Mail- but why not the other apps? For example in Connect, I only see what I have added as an event in Connect. And in CRM I only see what I have added in CRM. I would think that all event calendars in all of the various apps should be integrated, right? Or am I missing something as to why they wouldn't be?

Phone Call - Ticket Association Freezes
