Zoho Desk took one hour to receive emails

Remote Computer Screen Resolution
We have been using GotoAssist for quite some time are are considering moving to ZohoAssist. I immediately see a problem with the remote screen resolution. When we connect to an unattended computer via GotoAssist the screen resolution will match the GotoAssist window size on our technician workstation when the session starts. For example I will get a remote screen on 1920x1080 if I have the window in full screen mode, or perhaps 1297x769 if I started the session from a non-maximized window.

Downloading attachment issues
Just recently the mail attachment download function has broken. Clicking the download link just dumps the download somewhere (I've no idea where) on my PC and doesn't ask where I want to save the file. Downloading from the popout preview window does at least ask where to save but changes the filename to 'FileDownload' rather than preserving the original name.

Missing Files
Hello, It seems that files are being uploaded to the server from my desktop just fine but not downloaded to my laptop for sync. The folders are being created but the files are missing. So when I am looking for a file on my laptop it is not there, or it is the older version. To fix the issue I download the files from the server to my laptop but then they get uploaded back to the server and now there are double files, but the server doesn't recognize that these are the same files. It's pretty standard if you're sending an email in HTML to also send a plain text version. The SendMail command doesn't seem to be doing this. While I want HTML viewers to be able to see the styled HTML emails, if a recipient views them as plain text, it just looks like nonsense, which is not really acceptable. The other option, which is sending text-only emails seems to be the only fool-proof way, but then your business looks budget. I don't want to use a third party transactional email service
