Use Zoho CRM Account fields to filter for a Campaigns mailing list?
We base our mailing list off of Zoho CRM, and would like to filter by various fields in both Accounts and Contact to create the mailing lists. For example, to select Contacts of Accounts where the company size > $xxxx revenue (where the revenue field is on the Acccount record). It does not appear that we can currently filter by fields at the Account level. So, we have to duplicate some information from the Account to the Contact records, which should be unnecessary in a relational database. Is it

Can I create mailing lists from the All Subscribers list?
I'm new to Campaigns and I'm a little confused about the sync process, All Subscribers, and how they both relate to Mailing Lists. We are planning a transition to Zoho CRM from Dynamics CRM and we intend to have CRM be our primary database of subscribers. That is, all subscribers we have in Campaigns will be coming via a sync from CRM: Leads and Contacts. When I do a sync I can assign those records to a mailing list. I get that. But if I want to create multiple mailing lists with the same records

Hi.... As you can see from the posts I have time today :) Just an idea.... right now when I double click on a Writer file on my local hard drive (sync'd from Workdrive) it opens in the browser... maybe a way to chose to open these files within the Windows app? Just an idea. Best regards Jon
How to import data into ZC5 Address field?
Hi, I have a list of employees, with their addresses, to import into Zoho Creator 5 (the list was made on Excel). The addresses are scattered across 5 columns (address, city, province, postal code, country) and my Creator address field is configured to show these same 5 subfields. My problem is, when I try to import the data, Zoho doesn't let me match the 5 subfields with my 5 Excel columns. It only shows the main address field. CVs are not parsing when candidates apply through career website or API
I noticed recently that when a candidate applies through careers website or our own website which is linked through an API to Zoho Recruit their CVs are not parsed automatically, is this something normal or is it just my account or it just need any modifications in the options?

Hi, I have set up a webhook that is triggered when a new ticket is created in DESK. I can see that my URL beeing called but there is no data / POST. According to the documentation https://desk.zoho.com/support/WebhookDocument.do#EventsSupported There should be 4 paramteres one of which is named "payload" containing the data in JSON format. But there isnt. I tried the ticket add process and also the "Test Run" button which should send a sample payload. I tried everything in PHP to catch the data.

Why does the date revert back to today when changing the service?
Our booking system is working well, but feedback from customers and us is as follows:- 1) Why is the time zone option showing? Its not needed and confusing! (I know this is hopefully in hand...soon?) 2) Our Iframe booking page on our website, where the first (Table One) service is shown, so the customer looks at the date they want then looks at the time slots available. If the times they want is not available, then they change the service (to Table Two). HOWEVER...Changing the service also reverts
