Unable to change custom view columns
I have a custom view set up to be visible to all agents. I am trying to change the columns visible in table view but nothing happens. It is only one particular view that cannot be changed. i have tried several other custom views and they are fine. is it possible to set Zoho Books so that I get some kind of notification before recurring invoices are auto sent? I need this because I have some clients that get yearly recurring invoices for certain services that don't change. But often times we provide other services a few/several days before the invoice is set to automatically go out— so I would like to include those extra services in that invoice. It is inconvenient (and possibly annoying) for the client to receive two invoices back to back.

Hello, I have the following challenge: Unit price of a product is 325,2 EUR per piece net. I must apply 23% tax on it. 325,2 EUR * 1,23% = 399,996 EUR (gross) In Zoho Quotes - the Products Details section, when there is a 1 unit, the system is rounding up correctly the amount to 400 EUR. However when there are 5 units...this is what the system does: 325,2 * 1,23% = 399,996 * 5 = 1.999,98 EUR (gross) This is incorrect. It should be 2.000 EUR. Is there any way to correct it? Autopopulate email address based on Contact Name
I am new to ZoHo CRM and am trying to further customize a custom module. The custom module called Sales Visit includes an Account Field (lookup field), a Contact at Account field (lookup field) and a Contact Email field (Email). I would like to make sure that the Contact at Account is limited to those contacts actually in that particular account and autopopulate the email field with the Contact at Account's email address. I've looked into workflow rules and it would seem that functions are needed.
