I would like to categorize my deals by our service categories. I love that we can choose what we see on the deal cards and this would help in differnciate each deal from one another.

Custom Quotes Mail Merge
We have a requirement to create a custom mail merge with data from Quotes. This would require the quote relevant to the contact to be selected and line item data from that quote to be displayed. We will need to employ a person who has the skills to do this. Where do we go to source such a person?
Add more options to customize columns in a Related List

KnowledgeBase - See Article Views for week/month/year/custom
Hello. I've started looking into the metrics around our KB articles. Is it possible to see what articles were viewed over a specific time-frame (week, month, year or custom)? Like you can do with Failed searches, keywords etc The numbers in 'Trending Articles' or 'Article Effectiveness' don't change when I alter the the time frame; I assume they show all-time views? Hi I have an Zoho business email which is: theicejungle@theicejungle.com and I really need it to start working. How to run through each field in a record
Hi All I have a few fields in my record and I would like to go through the value of each field in the current record that I am submitting. The intention is to create a new record in other form if it detects a certain value. Something like: Field1: okay Field2: require attention Field3: okay Field4: require attention For each field, if value is "require attention", add a new record in other form that contain the field value and the record ID. True Landing Pages
True landing pages are greatly needed. This should not be a difficult update to the already awesome Zoho Sites application. There is currently only a global function to hide logo and menu. All that is needed is to make this a page function also. It can be placed in the edit content section for each page. This will greatly increase the value of Zoho Sites and is standard practice when marketing products and services with websites. This should not require custom CSS to accomplish. Cheers!

Hi - is it possible to for the meeting host to share the computer screen AND show the camera at the same time? This is for a webinar where the computer screen will demo some software while the webcam shows the hardware being programmed. Creating stand-alone user profiles before SSO
I would like to set up SSO for the Support Portal in the future, but as it takes a lot of development on our end and will take some time to add it to our roadmap. I'd like to create profiles for some of my end users right now so they can start using the knowledge base. If I do create profiles manually today and ask my client to log in manually, will I be able to set up the SSO for those same email credential in the future?

Bisher wurden alle gebuchten Termine in Bookings auch im CRM eingetragen, die Kontakte wurden übernommen und auch im CRM-Kalender wurden die Termine eingetragen. Hat perfekt funktioniert. Seit zwei Tage funktioniert das nicht mehr. Die Terminbuchungen sind nur noch in Bookings, mit dem CRM wird nichts mehr synchronisiert. Campaigns arriving to SPAM
Hello, It's been more than a week that I'm trying to resolve the issue of having mail being received into spam... we delivered a first campaign and the open rate was of 10% or less... plus the email arrived to spam to colleagues. Not having an issue with Gmail but I do with outlook... I have done all what was required by zoho, SPF and DKIM record for the domain - A back and forward thing with GoDaddy as at the beginning we couldn't get the authentication. Printing forms using a background image
Hi, I am having trouble making a template work as I desire. Its a certificate and I've made a copy of it and inserted it as a background image. On screen I have aligned the fields in the desired locations. But when I print it to PDF the alignment is out. I'm using Chrome as a browser. Designing the form completely from scratch is an option but seems like a load more work.
