getTime function not working
I'm using the 'getTime' function in a Creator app but when I save it I get the error "Not able to find getTime function". I'm trying to use it as a function instead of a method. The latest documentation here states that I can use it as a function. As shown in the code snippet. <variable>=<dateTimeValue>.getTime([<format>], [<show_seconds>]); (OR) <variable>=getTime(<dateTimeValue>,[<format>],[<show_seconds>]); Do you know why it might not be working?
Auth error on trying to send email

Hi there! Just want to say what great customer service ZOHO has, I had an issue yesterday and within an hour it was fixed! Great service and friendly employees! My question is, can you add a page where clients could go to view and download PDF files? I have monthly files for each of my clients and would like them to enter the app go to a page let's call “files’ for now and be able to download the current months file and see past monthly files? Invoices/Payments not represented as Income?
The Business generates Retainer Invoices to Customers, for pre-payment of Services. Some of the Retainer Invoices are for 3rd Party Customer Expenses, eg. an Application Fee payment to Government. Thus, it's a Net Zero $ for the Receipt and Expense. It's not Business Income, as it's just collecting monies on behalf of the 3rd Party and paying it out shortly after. What's the best way to NOT represent these sort of Retainer Invoices / Receipts as Income?

Failed to Load ZML
My Bookings app cannot display some of the appointments for no apparent reason. Same service, same date, same service person, and people signed up from the same page within a few days. Some appointments can be opened in the app, some are listed on the calendar but when clicked, get "Failed to load ZML" message. All appointments can be viewed on the web without problem.

Analytics - Inner Join to get User Name
My SQL skills are very rusty, so need a little assistance. The record owner on each CRM table allows me to choose the name or the ID of the owner. Irritatingly, I have a separate user lookup field on a module that only gives me the user ID, but I need the full name. I've created a concat on the user table called Full Name. I know I need to do some kind of inner join to reference it, but can't think of how to do it. Any tips?

I have a long form and want to break it up in creator
I have a 300 question form I need as a customer input form in an app I want to build in Creator. Obviously, I want to break up the long form into a series of shorter forms. Separate columns for First and Last name under Candidates
I need to have First name and Last name as 2 separate columns in Candidates. I need to be able to see the complete candidate name but to arrange them alphabetically by last name, Currently, I can not see a way to day that becuase when viewing the full name, the system will pick the first name when sorting alphabetically.

Hi, I am using Calendly to let new leads and existing contacts/customers book appointments with me. I managed create a Zap that adds new leads to Zoho CRM as a lead. What I cant figure out is how to add the booked appointment to the lead or contact as an activity. Zapier actions dont seem to do that. Also: what is the best way to check, if a person who books an appointment already exists?

Any way to Fetch Zoho CRM Deal by "Auto-Number"
In our Deals Module of Zoho CRM, we have a field that is an "Auto-Number." A number gets automatically generated and assigned to that deal. Is there any way that we can "Fetch Deal by Auto-Number?" I couldn't see a standard option in the Zoho CRM "Fetch Deal" Action. Can that be added there since this will be a unique number on every deal. If not possible, is there a custom function to fetch deal by auto-number?
JSON getting sub data
Just getting into Flow / Deluge and am making progress but am now stuck and hoping this is a really simple thing. I have a webhook coming in from Quotient. The payload contains sub items I need to for each on, so I can add monthly revenue and One Off. I cannot work out how to use .tojsonList to get this into a list The data I am after is in selected_items and basically all I want to do is run through the items with a couple of if statements that add the revenue together into one varialble if subscription
New Email Setup: Mobile Number Already Exist
I have two businesses already registered to use Zoho Mail and am in the process of adding a third. I want to keep all of my businesses separate in case the companies are passed on to another party in the future. Since I'm only one person, I have one phone number which I used when I transferred one of my businesses over to Zoho Mail the other day. Now, I am wanting to set up email for my newest company. When I try to set up the first email account, I receive the 'Mobile Number Already Exist' error.

Hi there, We use Zoho Chat A LOT in my company, as we used to use Google Hangouts, but one major drawback with Zoho Chat is that we can never find something discussed in the history. Stuck in Video Playback in Desk Article
When I click on a video I embedded in a Desk article it opens in a shadow box over the article and plays fine. However there is no way back to the article or to the Knowledge Base. There is no button to get out of the shadowbox overlay, and hitting back on the browser doesn't work either.

I would like to see the ability to send an email in the quick action list in VENDORS. Can I add this feature through the customization menu ? I find that the inmail module is really poorly integrated into ZohoCRM. Now that is the feature we paid for. I really hope you will improve it swiftly.
