Get AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE code but can't know why.
Hi all, When I request Zoho API V2.0 in order to post records in the crm, I get sometimes the following error : { "code": "AUTHENTICATION_FAILURE", "details": {}, "message": "Authentication failed", "status": "error" } And I don't know why. Before each post, I request an new access token from the refresh token, I do my post then I revoke the access token. It works correctly most of the time, but occasionally, it doesn't. I found nothing in the documentation about errors returned.

I've already created a form to input all of the potential recipients. Can't see pop3 added account in thinderbird
In my zoho account, i have added a (mail@**my_domain**.com) account using pop3 (deleted mails from pop server) and this emails is showing in separate account (bottom left corner Mail accounts). Issue i am facing: I am using thunderbird, so in thunderbird i am not be able to see any email mail@**my_domain**.com. i am not ba able to move emails from mail@mydomain**.com to main zoho inbox. can't redownload emails to my mail@**my_domain**.com using pop or imap. Hi Zoho, I can't seem to hide some custom customer fields in one hosted page and show the same fields in other hosted pages. Is there a way to do this? If not, this is an inherent issue that should be addressed. I really think it makes sense for Zoho Subscriptions team to work with Zoho Form team so that we can incorporate Zoho Forms directly on the hosted payment page. This feature would solve sooo many issues that customers are facing and would make it so much simpler for prospective customers

Zoho Mail not fetching from Gmail POP account
Hi, I am using Zoho Mail as my primary email hub, because of the CRM integration. I have a business gmail account that I have added as a POP account to Zoho. Unfortunately, Zoho does not appear to be fetching emails from the gmail account. All of the account settings are correct. I am able to send email just fine. I receive no error messages... just nothing comes in. The gmail account does allow for POP access. I'm currently forwarding emails from the gmail account to zoho, but that is far from ideal.

You can put in field "from" whatever you like - and Zoho mail pass it directly into your inbox - DKIM, SPF, DMARC and DNSBL are activated but no use of that... Is there a way to block these fake mails, in mesage header it says that mail did not pass (mx.zohomail.com; spf=softfail (zohomail.com: transitioning domain) but it comes into inbox anyway....

But when I try to add an email to that deal, i still only get the option to add 1 person's email? I thought the point of the "contact roles" was to be able to contact more than one person at a time?
