My pdf invoices are printing blank
When I try to print an invoice (either single of bulk), the pdf shows up blank without any content / details. Any ideas? Thanks
How to clean WorkDrive cache?
I'm using selective Sync. When I go to my WorkDrive folder and check the total size of all folders, I get 9Gb. But when I check hidden folders, there is a .~$zstmp/.cache with a massive 120Gb... Any way to safely remove the cache? Thanks for your help.
Opens by Location Chart not Supported - Map View
I have an active campaign. Click on Recent Campaigns, View Reports. Haven't changed any of the modules. Scroll down to "Opens by Location" module. Location Map the pin (map view is selected. Screen is blank with message of "loading chart. Please wait." Then message of Chart type not supported. (you can see to the left "FusionCharts").

Hi, I have been using Books since 01 April 13' and haven't even finished my first years accounting. Why is it showing a retain earnings amount of -37,000. I have a persons register in Creator. Now because the database has been populated from different sources, it is possible the same person could be in the db twice. Even with different data. Therefore I want a function that can check for duplicates based on just one (or two) fields. I think what might work is check the DOB. If there are two records with the same DOB, it could be the same person. Not necessarily, but possibly. So if I could have a function that checks all records and outputs a list
Calendar Report: Ability to define the time interval in Week/Day view
The time interval defined for the Calendar Report in the Week/Day view is defaulted to 30 minutes and it can not be edited. This causes that any event with a timeframe lower than 30 min is not properly displayed. Hello, We have a Zoho CRM Plus running fine with our organization. We will doing a partnership with another company. We would like to allow us to use our CRM by creating a new user but we doesn't want them to see our contacts/leads/campaigns/tickets but only their. I search myself with the roles and profils settings but cannot find something to restrict only some data by filtering them. I think the right answer is to build another CRM right ? Giving a number value to a drop down label
Hi, I am trying to denote certain values to the numbers in the dropdown. I did this on the last program I used shown in the picture below. I need to set 1" with a value of 10, 2" with a value of 28, 3" with a value of 51, and so on. What's the easiest way to do this in Zoho Creator? Zoho vs. Zoom
I just ran a meeting with one other person using Zoho, and stopped it half way through to change to Zoom. The quality of the Zoom meeting was much better. The audio never skipped or stopped with Zoom. The video was also quite good. Why should I try to use Zoho, if Zoom is so much more efficient with managing bandwidth? What is Zoho's schedule for significantly improving performance, especially for folks that have slightly limited internet bandwidth, to better compete with Zoom. Please help me.

Mass Email limits
Hi there, As we all know the limit for mass emailing from CRM is 250 per day per user. Not a lot, but fair enough. Lets assume that i have used 235 of my daily limit of 250. I then "check" 50 of my contacts and send them a mass email. According to what i can see the following is then happening: - Zoho sends this email to 15 of the contacts (250 minus 235) but does not send the remaining emails. If that is correct it is a terrible solution, since there is no way (other than to check manually check)
Zoho Developer Custom Solution - Dashboard Does not Load - Script Timeout
Team, After importing a .ds file, the dashboard for our Zoho Developer custom solution does not load. Every other menu item on the left hand column works, except for dashboard. Unmasking inputs
Is it possible to NOT mask all user input? The knowledge base says: By default, all keystrokes entered by the visitor aren't tracked or stored. All inputs are masked by asterisks (*). So is it possible to override the default? Other services like Inspectlet will mask sensative data by default, but not ALL data. It is very usuful to see what people are typing in if it is not a sensative field. Inspectlet automatically masks credit card numbers and SSN for example, it would be nice to just limit masking

Standardise Repeat Functionality
When creating one on one Bookings I can only choose to schedule the apointment on one occassion. It would be great to have the same functionality as Group bookings in which you can schedule the appointment on multiple occasions. We're scheduling one to one Spanish classes and if someone is studying 1 hour a day Monday to Friday for 4 weeks we have to enter 20 appointments, which is not fun.

CRM - Displaying Date Fields
In CRM, I have date format in my setting as DD/MM/YYYY. When I am editing a record, or even just a date field, it allows me to input the date in my chosen format. Once it is saved, it changes the format and displays it as D MMM, YYYY (e.g. 9 Apr, 2020) instead. Is there a way to change the display to my chosen date format? Also, is there a way to default all users to a specific date format?

Hello, I want to synchronize the products used by a contact with the related list on the company/customer module. So for example: Contact A is employed by a company/customer called "Random Company". Now contact A uses a product called "Sandwich Maker". When i go to the contact site and select this product in the related list from my product module, is there any way to show this product automatically in the related product list on my company site? Hello, My company has multiple instances do to different operations. We are seeing different views for "Calls" and i can not edit the field layout to mimic the preferred view. Image 1 is the one we want, image two is the other view showing that we would rather not work from because you have to actually call before saving. Any know how to fix this?
Problem Loading Mail on iPhone 7+
For the last few weeks, for some unknown reason, Zoho mail prompts me to login to my mail account on my iPhone. It always happens at an inconvenient moment when I need to get into my mail. After login, I get an infinite spin and the prompt at the bottom of the screen "Loading your Mailbox" (see attached screenshot). It continues forever and never loads.
