I'm new to Zoho One and am trying to build a platform to run my cabinet shop on. I'm working on setting up my Products list in CRM and this list will include both labor and material items, unless there is a better way to structure it. Subform as a pop up box
My subform contains too many fields for the width of the screen. It looks terrible and is hard to use. Is there any way to have the subform come up in a popup box with the fields stacked vertically instead of horizontally, when one click on "add new" in the parent form? See pic. ?

Zoho Connect - Events
I seem to have lots of one-off questions as I explore zConnect's features for guest users. In our Internal network, I created an Event for a group where my guest user can see it in the group feed (screenshot 2). As a guest user, I can see the event in the "Events" vertical navigation bar (screenshot 2), however, I don't see the event when I'm in the group itself and clicking on 'Events' (screenshot 3)? What happens to associated expenses when I void an invoice?
Hello, I regularly use expenses or logged hours to generate invoices. A customer has asked me to void an invoice and submit a revised version. If I void an invoice, do the associated expenses go back to the "not billed" state, or do I need to re-enter them? If it does not return those expenses to "not billed", is there any other way to do that? Willam Tracy
Email reminders based on balance due
Is there a way to send email reminders for past due invoices only if they have a balance due greater than a specified amount? For instance I don't want to send reminders to people who have $0.05 owing, but I would for people who owe greater than $50.00. Thanks
Custom Function value retrieval
I have a custom function that is returning a string of Json values( i made it a string, bc anytime i set it as a Map it returned just the first value.) When I try to set a variable from the contents of this string it just returns the entire string. How can I get a specific element of a Json String on the parameter screen. I am able to see the string as ${RetrievalAndClean_2} and want to get a specific element from it.

Sign in to databases
It seems I never know if I will be required to sign in to my Creator databases, or not. Some times I don't, but lately most all the times I am required to sign in. Cookies are enabled. No one touches the databases but myself, and I'd prefer to not have to sign in every time I open one for changes.
Signature shows up on desktops but not mobile.
I have a signature that is an uploaded image that works great when opening on a desktop but if anyone opens it on a mobile device it is just an empty rectangle. Any thoughts?

External Email bounced back when emailing a group

Phonebridge experiences in Europe
Hi all Been looking at implementing phonebridge all day but I simply cannot find a European provider with full Zoho One support. BT cloud phone seems close but are quite expensive. Twillio seems ok but the call quality was very poor in the trial and they only support CRM. Anyone that are using Phonebridge in Europe with any luck? btw, would be great if Zoho added some default check boxes and mandatory images for the VOIP companies to fill out and display on their integration page. I don't quite understand the different between starting a "conversation" and making a forum post? They seem to do the same thing? In an effort to clarify this for my users, is there a way to turn off "conversations"? So we don't have two different places to have discussions?
Zoho Creator Functionality issue - Workflow triggering on Stateless form

Problem with Report Filter in Zoho Creator
Namaskaram Zoho Creator team, we have found a problem with Report Filter in Zoho Creator. We can't set a filter based on an image field from 'edit' mode of the application. But we can do the same from 'live' mode of the application. After setting it from 'live' mode, we have tried to edit the filter of the same report from 'edit' mode. OK, this virus stuff is really hurting my industry and I want to help. Everyone is setting up facebook groups, databases, spreadsheets to track who is out of work, what skills they have, where they are located etc. It's all well meaning but not efficient. It as absolutely vital to be able to follow the same procedures across all types of accounting packages and standard accounting practices. Line numbering / background toggle in PDF template
Hi, I'm currently building a Print & PDF template for one Report. The related form has a subform I'm inserting in the PDF. Customizing the page is quite difficult as I try to customize the HTML code. Customizing the subform field is even more limited it seems, and not html can't be changed as it's rewritten each time. My goal is to either add line numbering to each record, or display a gray background every 2 lines. Is there a way to customize this field and how ? Also, how can I write my own column
