Markdown for Pages
Justification: Github Pages has turned markdown into the lingua franca of rapid content creation. A large subset of developer now know & regularly use markdown for quick writeups of internal docs, wiki-style pages, etc. Ability to author pages in some flavor of markdown would be a big value-added for us on Zoho Projects. Other comments: Non-breaking UI for this could be implemented by extending the "Toggle HTML Source" button in the top-right to be a drop-down.
Anyone know how to display ROI from data in two unlinked tables?
We've been working on this issue with support for weeks but have gotten no where. We're looking for something that seems so simple; a widget in a dashboard that shows the ROI for ad spend (ROAS). Table A has the ad spend cost. Table B has the revenue. We have tried several ways to link them via lookup columns, but nothing has worked. Support has tried to create query tables, but it's proven more challenging than they anticipated. We can't link the tables because they have no columns of data in common.
Can't use apostrophe in Organization Name or User's Names?
It won't let me use an apostrophe in the organization name or user's names. What do you do when your organization name includes an apostrophe or you need to create an e-mail account for someone Irish? Thanks!
"External Calendar" widget featured on zoho support doc?
On the page https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/widgets/usage.html#Add_Widget, under "Widget in a dashboard", we see a widget called "External Calendar" that appears as a component on a user's home page. How can I get this?
MailChimp Campaign Data not Syncing Fully with Zoho CRM
Hello, I have integrated my MailChimp account with Zoho CRM using the Marketplace App. While my Campaigns sync across from Mailchimp into the Campaigns Module in Zoho CRM, the data appears incomplete. I was expecting the following information to be present: 1. Numbers Sent 2. Numbers of Leads sent the Campaign 3. Campaigns Sent and Open/Click data to be present within the Lead's profile What is the best way to permit this level of data to flow between MailChimp and Zoho CRM? I am attaching a screenshot

amyway to retrieve my work lost by the Sandbox feature in zoho curator
errror publishing keeps poping up. I filed a support ticket with no response in 12 hours. every time i press the Publish button I got a "errror publishing". These were minor changes. Support says 10 hour response but not every day I guess. This is a rather useless feature if I have to wait days or weeks to interrupt my workflow. Does everyone rely on the back up and restore feature instead or is that just as unreliable? ty
Showtime not syncing custom fields to CRM

Hello, I am setting up Zoho CRM in Russian. The UI is all in Russian, but the list values are still in English. For example, on the "Add Lead" page, the form field names are localized, but the values are in English: Lead Source has "advertisement", "cold call" and others - all in English. I understand I can edit all list values individually, but thought maybe there is a better solution for this problem.
Schedule office assets like meeting rooms, projector
Hello team, I would like to be able to schedule office assets for meetings, together with participants. E.g. I scheduled a meeting on monday and I would like to say that I will be using the proyector. It will then be shown as "Busy" for that time. This way, the other users will not try to book this asset for the same time. Another usage of this is for meeting rooms. This feature exists in Exchange server if I am not wrong as "Ressources". Gantt PDF Export Issue
It appears the formatting on the Gantt reports is not correct when exporting to PDF. In the image below, some of the columns become skewed using Chrome (version 80.0.3987.122) and Edge (version 80.0.361.62). Is there a workaround available or is this a known issue?
Users are not seeing all of their tickets in the portal
We have some of our customers that use the portal and they are reporting that they don't see some of tickets in the listing in the different sections. If they search for the tickets they are able to find them but they want them to be in the listing. Is there a way to control this or do you know what tickets show up in the list? Is there a way for me to go in and view the portal as a customer? Thank you

Hi, I use zoho email for my domain name email account that is set up on the DNS of my domain name provider. Not on my website's hosting server. I had to change my hosting provider a few weeks ago, and I remade the settings for my zoho account I realized though that after changing the hosting company my zoho domain name account that is still set up on the DNS with the new settings, is rejected or marked as anauthorized from some servers. what happened to defining taxes by item?
In Canada, we have taxes that are defined based on the type of product we are selling, and our business does very little business outside of our province. We are required to collect federal taxes on some products, provincial on others, and both on many. Items can be either PST or GST exempt, and are much more rarely exempt from both.
